[Q] No Mobile Data Connection after rooting :( (3G or GPRS)

Hi there,
Need some urgent help with solving the problem I have with my Nexus 4 device, I rooted my device and installed Clockwork earlier today using this guide (au.ibtimes.com/articles/530367/20131216/root-android-4-2-kot49h-kitkat-install.htm#.Ut0u7pHOi2w).
I have a Nexus 4 from Australia, up till earlier today it was working fine where I was getting 3G and HSDPA, but post the rooting I am not getting any mobile data connection, can you please help me with this. Please guide with what might be the issue and how i can resole it.

What rom did you have before and what rom do you have now?

I had Kitkat latest build...I guess it was 4.4.2

Did you check your APN settings, as specified by your mobile carrier ?

Yes APN settings are correct, I am with Virgin Mobile here in Australia, still not working called up Virgin and confirmed the settings. Is there a known issue with Nexus 4 radio?

Help tether verizon mobile

Hi, I have a problem with hotspot.Please help me.
I use a galaxy s4 verizon unlocked and use the t mobile nano sim unlimited 4g data.
This i my mobile info :
+ Model number : sch i545
+ android verson 4.3
+ baseband : i545VRUEMK2
+ built number : JSS15J.I545VRUMK2
I can call, text, 4g data is ok,everything okay, but i can't tether the data for my laptop.When i turn on the mobile hotspot it said that mobile number not found.I tried the foxfi bt it's not work too. Can anyone help me.Please

hey bro in your room can you change the option to global? mode?? in movil networks? my S4 i545 is jelly bean and i can chosse betwen
1.- lte/cdma
2.-gsm/umts
3.- global
plz answer me i really need to know to upgrade to llolipop ... ahh i almost forgot can you root your S4 in that room? i545VRUGOF1???
ah you just need to bypass the block from verizon whit an app that change tether on/off

Since your using a BYOP program from Verizon to T-Mobile: foxfi doesn't support all T-Mobile devices especially the BYOP ones (since your using a byop on their own network)(AND tmobile is a prepaid service so prepaid devices dont work very well with wifi hotspots since most carriers take this feature off) but there is a foxfi app that might help, it helps hide data usage from your carrier so they wont suspect you for using a hotspot and disable your data period. And it might just be as simple as your data or your apn settings but what the heck.

Does it gets crash or you domt have the option for it in settings?
Are using some custom rom.
Kindly provide details.

If you are using stock rom please take a look at your apn setting.

for zong the apn setting is done by zong but 4g or 3g not working all the time i m getting E sign????

i did not used or flashed Custom rom i m not in those advance level type i want my phone to be perfect but the problem with android phones are that there too sensitive and i dont get that i flashed fresh rom today my problem was i cant login on google account and i m facing this problem like month no sign of h+ its just e not 3g or 4g i hav changed the sim and still no 3g...

Must be something to be done from your network, get 3g activated on your number from helpline.
i'm sure there is nothing wrong with the phone.

[Q] WHY is Not LTE mode in 910G version ?????

hello. I take n910G version of note4 that is support lte/4G+.
but in mobile network setting I can'f find the lte option !!
just:
WCDMA/GSM
WCDMA only
GSM only
but is see the option LTE/WCDMA/GSM in another ones !!!
can anyone help this problem ?

Yes u need 4g sim activated by your ISP.

First try to talk to your service provider, they must activate 4g at their end.

Check the themes and app section ,there is an apk to enable lte option released by Dr ketan

Signal problems S7 Edge (G935F) Android 7

Hi,
I have a problem with my phone, after I have instaled android 7 ( S8 port but original 7 it's same).
I have full signal, and my carier is displayd, but when I try to call from another phone sound like my phone is turned off, i have 2 x s7 edge with same problem.
How to fix? have someone this problem?

Have you tried to reset your phone to factory settings.
Sometimes it can solve the problems that usually appears after updating phone system.
If u tried but it still not working you can reinstall the ROM or u always can find another costume ROM to install instead.
Please let me know if your problem has been fixed!

I have tried 6-7 Roms and have same problem..i tried factory reset, same network settings reset..same..

Maybe the problem in the network modem not in the OS. Then you need to change it in any service center.
