You should be on custom recovery like TWRP or ClockWorkMod to flash xposed.
you should use twrp 64bit reocvery to flash that zipp and remember xposed lolipop version is diffrent its apk is also diffrent compare to KitKat download xposed arm64 SDK 21 for L 5.0.2 and xposed arm64 SDK 22 for L 5.1.1

Hi @nono1992,
Please use GearCM Recovery (based on TWRP 3.0.0-0) from this thread.
And @Eddy2909,
Please use this Unofficial TWRP.

Maybe you should install xposed as a system app.
For that first uninstall the xposed installer app. Then, go to /system/app/ and create a folder named "Xposed Installer" and set its permissions to rwx r-x r-x. Then, paste the Xposed installer app in the folder. Make sure that name of the folder and the xposed app in it should be same. If not rename the app to "Xposed Installer" too. Then, set the app permissions to rw- r -- r--. Reboot and done.
It doesn't work again sir?
It has no active bridgejar sir?

First uninstall tge xposed files completely by flashing this uninstaller zip.
Then try the installation process again after a reboot.
If again it doesnt work try this -
Check the logs in the app. If you see a line that says "found /data/data/de.robv.android.xposed.installer/config/disabled" then delete that "disabled" file and reboot. It should work.
If it doesn't work, try to do a soft reboot from within Xposed Installer app (Xposed Installer -> Framework -> Soft Reboot). Root permission has to be granted to the Xposed Installer app to do so (will be asked when clicking on the Soft Reboot button for the first time).
Sir thanks a lot it works great. But sir i have another problem coz the start up image of my lenovo a6000+ turn to penguin image. How i can turn it back to lenovo image.

Finally, i work it out. YOU NEED THE APK LINK FROM the MAGISK VERSION APK.
-------------------------ceded from a guide---------------------------------
Tap the text of the Xposed Framework module you installed
Then tap the link for the special modified version of the Xposed Installer APK <<<<<VERY IMPORTANT
Confirm you want to download the APK and then open it
