Can I root and install Titanium after I installed update? I declined update but somehow it did it at 1am while I slept.

Yes, the developer updated his root method (can be found in the Android Development section of this forum) to support the post-OTA Verizon software version.

It has nothing to do with It. This is why I hate getting popular devices cause no one knows how to use the forums correctly.
OP stop being lazy and download an S5 ROM and extract it yourself.

download it yourself this is a themes and app section not a request section try to read ... dude

WOW REALLY....LOL ok im new to this forum but i can see OP has now clue..
