So I bought a Korean V20 and noticed that the dialer has a bunch of pre-programmed Korean numbers in the speed dial. I was wondering if it's possible to install the English version of the dialer without rooting. I don't plan to root this phone because I want to continue using android pay.

But the problem is that it doesnt run USSD codes like *150*60#. And codes like these are so important to me because i use them for buying internet bundles and making important payment and other banking and banking like transactions. Without these codes the phone is only half usable. Please help

I have an unlocked S10+, there is no video calling in the stock phone dialer like there is for the carrier version of the phone. Is there a setting I need to change to enable this? Or can someone with the T-mobile s10+ upload a stock copy of the phone dialer apk from their device?

The carrier version has additional software for video calling since each carrier implements it slightly differently. Since your phone is factory unlocked, you will most likely be locked out of that feature. You can try flashing the carrier version firmware to your phone but I doubt it will add that feature. I think it's tide to the phones IMEI.
