I replaced a top speaker as it was crackling, but now when I play music, top speaker plays it more quietly than the bottom one.
Is there any app or hack to increase volume at the top speaker only?

Hi there I've only just received my Nexus 7 today, its a C80 and I was really excited to get it. First thing I did was check for defects, screen seems perfect no "spongy" spots. However the speakers are really crackly even around 50%.
Did some more investigating. Downloaded an equaliser app and if I lower the 3 middle bands about 5db then its bearable. I downloaded poweramp and was messing around with the equaliser. I found out that its just the left speaker and the right is perfectly fine.
I think I can live with audio just from the right speaker but obviously I am pretty annoyed that my Nex is defective.
Should I return my device? If not is there any way that I can get a equaliser that will change the global audio settings so that audio from the left speaker will come out the right. Or just put the speakers into mono and then disable the left speaker?
any other ideas?
Thanks.
Right I've rooted and installed PA and, trying to use DSP manager to just have sound out of the right speaker but it doesn't have that functionality.
Does anyone know if there is an equaliser app that can change the stereo balance?
Thanks.
Anyone else noticing that the sound out of the speaker is a little muffled? Also the phone rattles quiet annoyingly in the hand when the speaker volume is raised and any adjustment of the hands changes the sound since it echoes off of it.
No sounv is great. But how loud this speaker. I dont see in /etc file for moding loud volume hack.
g4 play says to plug in earphones to act as an antenna when listening to the radio app. The sound comes through the speaker. How do I get it to come through the earphones?
Just push the speaker icon at the right lower part of the screen.

Same on my Nokia 6. Left speaker is more as supportive one, making the sound depth.
So I think this is normal.
Speakers
Both speakers of device are dead only the speaker at the receiver is working
The bottom (or right as you may say) speaker is the one that makes bass sounds and is primarily the louder one. The top (or left) one is only to produce Stereo effects. It's also a little lesser loud than the bottom one.
In my case, after close to a use of 2 months, my bottom speaker is giving me problems. It's making static sounds, the speaker starts working only after half a second later to the top one. It's like it shuts down itself after every silence amd so needs some time to wake up to work.
Nokia Mobile Care called me and asked me to reset my phone first, and then if the issue stays take it to service centre. I don't think a phone reset will help though.
Nokia 6 TA-1021 India Variant.
No October Update+7.1.2 also.
Are the top speaker and the bottom speaker the same type of speakers or is there a size different?
Reason for asking this is that my top speaker is dead and alot of the time the sound will just not work at all, I thinking it has something to do with the top speaker possibly having a short in it and would like to replace it.
