Need Testers

Hi guys,
Well I "compiled" my custom rom based on Arconium ICS with some more tweaks and apps. It's still beta and I'm having trouble with the media scan, but I want to know if it's something with my phone or it's a general problem with the rom.
Anyone that want's to test the beta version send me a pm please. Thanks

Can I try it?

i have downloaded the rom and now i will put it on google disk for better download speed that the other can test this rom if you agree )

I'm an AOSP/CM- fan, so I won't try (sorry, currently use this phone as daily driver: No experiments), but: If you're having trouble with the media scan, it could be caused by ROM Manager. Used it lately, and if yes, in which version(s)?

[Guide] [No Root] [Google Ed alpha] OTG support on 4.4.2 via Qualcomm settings

The 'G has OTG as is on 442.
But not the Google Edition.

Did you install the apk? Do not, it should be in system/app already!
The app attached is not for stock, rather custom roms.

So all you users have the folder already? Usbdisk?
If so then forget it. I will close this thread.

We Moto X'ers do not have OTG working on unrooted 442. Do you all have usbdisk folder in /storage even when no otg cable is attached? As the pic above?

Can you get the USB disk to show from Explorer free as in my pic? Does otg work as is?
So the qc apk is present yet fc"s when run it, very strange indeed. You have the Google ed?

Regular dual Sim moto g (Indian) and yes it fc immediately

I get FC too, once I run the Qualcomm Settings activity from Super Manager.

Thanks Gooooogle! The app is on the phone & bombs out!
If you are rooted try system app mover or try manually pasting the apps to system/apps. Just be sure to backup. Or rename all existing apps to .bak first.

So you cannot browse /usbdisk? That is the goal here. From the pic it seems you can! What else do you want. I am confused.

Didn't works here.

Please help me set my APN, can't text!

Have just flashed Hyperdrive's R17, and flashed the modules.zip. I need to set APN, and can't figure it out. I have set it manually using some specs i see in another thread, but I still have no SMS capabilities even though it says 4G and I can make phone calls and use the internet...if someone can help me out that would be awesome!
edit: i can receive sms messages, but not send them....weird

those are actually the exact same settings i have loaded up
still all attempt to send a text message from two different apps fail....doh

You might have flashed a bad module.zip let me see if I can provide you with a better one and remember to wipe the cache

you're a genius. I think I flashed from MK2 to NB1, and then when flashing Hyperdrive i forgot to wipe again. Texts sent!

Xperia music player in moto g4plus

Ok guys you have to admit that moto g4 plus dont have good music engine ie. Equaliser and audio interface.. previously i own a sony Xperia Z1 and it has awesome music engine which gives you unforgettable music experience and now in moto g4plus iam missing that experience so i get to the pont is there's any way to run sony xperia z or X series music engine in moto g4plus iam not talking about the UI interface iam talking about the same equaliser and audio interface like sony has . Please help me with this iam so much obsessed with music? i really want Xperia music experience in Moto G4 Plus.

Kernel testers needed for Pixel

I am looking to move my Pixel XL kernel to support the Pixel as well, I need some people with the device to test for me.

I was successfully able to flash using instructions from XL thread and I took a screenshot, however I am not able to attach it. Or at least I can not figure out how to, but everything is running smoothly so far!

Thank you! I will say that I just updated my phone to build NDE63P I don't think it flashed properly but on build NDE63L it did. I won't be awake too much longer but I am def willing to keep testing when I wake up
