i use the foroyobread20 and the part of status bar customlzation is inactive
YOU CAN FOLLOW THIS step:Settings-->CyanogenMod Settings-->User interface-->Tweaks Extras the tweeak extras is inactive and i creat the xml but i cant examining
what can i do please help me

Have you tried to reinstall another Rom?

It is deactivated by doixanh by default because he had to edit some status bar settings so that full compatibility with Theme Engine in Froyobread was possible. CM status bar settings didn't work and he blanked them out. Next time please search in respective forum thread, if there is no answer then post a question, but make sure you check the entire forum thread first to prevent spamming.

U need to flash a custom ROM for that .
YET Grand prime does mot have any.

Which icon ? The carrier operator ? See settings>diplay>carrier name toggle.
The no sim icon goes away when you put on a memory card.

In english: Download app QuickShortcutMaker, open it and navigate to activities -> settings -> scroll to com.android.settings/com.android.settings.SignalIconStyle -> click on it and hit try
I hope this is the correct way with english version

i use europe fw, and i have those icons, all the icons are there, 2g, 3g, 4g, h+, e, etc.

That s because you have mobile data always activated. Go to settings - More - Mobile network - Mobile network always on ( turn it off and you are good to go!)

now i get it, you want to show it while data is off. well, that wouldn't make much sense, as those icons are only applicable to the data connection
