I have s5 g900i (kltedd) and want to flash CM 13. But when I went to CM's site, this device is not listed.
Any help regarding which CM build should I choose?

Is your phone locked to carrier like Vodafone. But there is no problem just like g900m and g900f are klte variants that means all g900i can install kltedv variants

The SM-900H is not supported by CM atm, maybe in the future.

No they don't.
Maybe in the future but as of today there hasn't been a single comment on it from Samsung, no leaks whatsoever nor anything regarding Lollipop for the SM-G900H, k3gxx. They kinda forgot this device exists.

That's because CM11 is highly outdated and no one uses that anymore.
CM13 is the latest.

Maybe, but the real question is, are there any Android 10 ROMs for your specific model number of Tab S3? Not all Tab S3's are the same, they can not all use the same ROM, only a ROM that has been built for your specific model number.
