Do you flash the bootloader woth it???
I simply flashed via ODIN a KK official ROM. Then phone got stuck on Samsung screen...entered Recovery, wiped data and all OK! SIMPLE AS THAT!:good:
Hi, I just got my new S5 model number: SM-G900F with android 4.4.2 with the build KOT49H.G900FXXU1ANG9 and i want to update it to lollipop but i don't know which firmware i have to flash. I don't want any brand-software with useless app pre-installed on it. But i saw that for italy doesn't exist no-brand firmware, so which would be better? Then after the upgrade to lollipop how i can root it? Can you like me a guide or tutorial? Thanks :3
I got a new galaxy grand prime and I have not been able to root it at all. It is lolipop 5.1, and I need an older OS so it will be possible. I looked and looked but I only see firmware for 5.1. I'm trying to downgrade, is there anything out there I can use? If I use firmware for G530M instead of G531M will it work?

Currently my S5 is running on G900FXXU1BOJ1 but there is update to Android 6.0 waiting for me from my operator. I want also to get root and then install custom rom. Should I update android before rooting? Which method of rooting should I use?
