Incredible battery on ZTE - 25 days - Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Questions and Answers

Hi everyone,
I just wanted to share the experience which I have with my second phone (work) ZTE Kis3 Max which has a tiny 1850mAh battery.
I use this phone just for phone calls and sms, but anyway, if I would leave my galaxy S7 Edge without even touching it once, the battery would drain and turn off in max 48h.
Look at this screenshot which I made now.

This phone gets everytime after full charging from 21 - 25 days until the battery "dies" (but still showing arroung 70%)
How is this even possible, somethimes I even use WiFi for a short time (but just sometimes, normally I do not use internet on it), but still I have not seen this on any other phone.
How come that we can not get even 10% of this, even if we turned everything off and did not used our S7-s at all...

Android 4.x was the sh*t

[Q] [I9505] Battery Possibly Dead - Heats up, Doesn't Charge

Hey guys,
I'm done on this one. Yesterday, my phone was working normally, as it should, then as I got up a few hours ago, my phone was real hot, like insanely hot, and it didn't respond to anything - No buttons or screen input.
I think the battery's dead, but I can't be sure, mainly because the battery status is good.

That was right after booting, after that it just didn't respond.
I'm trying to get it to boot from my I9300's battery, but without luck, and that's what's putting me off.
My I9300's battery worked fine the last time I used it in my I9505, which was a few months ago, as my phone just buggered up after each load cycle (I had a battery from the bad batch).
Any ideas on this? I'm stumped

Battery Problems

Hi, since a week ago I'm facing a huge battery drain problem. Yesterday I charged 3 times this phone and the only thing I did was web browsing, watching YouTube videos and browsing. My model is xt1644us and I'm in official MM(mpj24.139-64). Here is a screenshot from battery settings http://m.imgur.com/a/RpNuR
Today i charged the phone and left it a few hours to charge and it doesn't reaches 79% it get stuck.
I turned off the phone and i saw the battery decrease while was charging(yes, sounds crazy) in 2 secons went to 72% and since that it is in 72%.

Somebody had this problem? Any solution? Thanks in advance
Had a similar issue. Incorrect percentage and wouldn't charge. Had to send back to Motorola for repair under the 1 year warranty. You can submit it online. Takes less and 2 weeks. Been fine since.

Android OS battery Drain

I used to have around 6 hours Screen on time with around 20% left per day, now I barely past one hour and a half screen on time and my battery is at 50% , I can see that " android os" is using my battery quite extensively , the only thing I tried is deleting the cash and disable some automatic sync, can someone suggest a solution ? and can you please share how much android OS uses of your battery (in mAh) ?

Battery all of a sudden is totally garbage

Not a month ago I was getting 5+ hours of screen time a day with room to spare and I would go to bed with 15-20% battery left. Now I can't even make it the day and struggle to get 3 hours, just tonight I went from 11% to 2% in a matter of minutes. It looks like the Android system is sucking up all kinds of battery, I've been using Gsam Monitor since May:

}
What gives? I have all my bloatware disabled, I have no clue what's going on. Reboots do nothing.
I think a factory reset may solve your issue. It never happened to me since no rom has been in my phone more than a month

Phone charging all weird

I can't tray explain it but whenever my phone is really low on battery (let's say 10 percent) it doesn't seem to discharge it just stays at 10% forever, that's at least what Android thinks (pic included)
And then after plugging it in it charges really really fast, probably a percent of charge every second or so until it reaches about 20%
Could it be that my battery is dying? Software issue maybe? Having really bad battery screen on times as well.

Hello,
Try recalibrating the battery.
For example, with the following app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vitula.batterycalibration
