Whenever I try to turn off activation lock on my phone, it doesn't prompt for a samsung account (I deleted mine) and then activation lock is off... then back on. I need to turn activation lock off to root my phone because I keep getting secure boot errors when rooting or installing custom recoveries.

I see reactivation lock under security > find my phone. I am able to toggle it on but as soon as i do that i get the standard window message which offer me to cancel or OK the operation.
Whether i OK or cancel, the message screen disappears and it simply resets reactivation lock to off.
any idears? thanks!
Finally got round to asking but I've noticed after updating to 7.0 that I no longer need to enter my encryption pass phrase to get the phone to startup.
It does require the pin to unlock the home screen but not to start up.
Is this a change in 7.0 doesn't seem like it would be as secure as requiring a pin to boot?
So i accidentally turned off "Allow to be OEM unlocked" or something along those lines, because i thought i don't need it no more due to me finishing with modding it, and after that my phone turned off due to 0% battery, and when i charged it i can't get past the GALAXY screen, Custom binary locked by FRP lock. Can get into download mode, not TWRP. Please help, don't want to loose my data.
Only thing you can do is odin to stock. I'm afraid you might lose data there is no way around it
whenever i am signed in on google account my device restarts every couple of minutes
also i think it may be because i turned on oem unlock
should oem unlock be turned on all the time
I was updating my phone, the battery was downloaded and turned off, when I turn on, the phone only opened the recovery, to flash I need to activate the bootloader, and to activate the bootloader I need to activate the oem unlock from the switched on phone. Please help
