w h y ??
I don't know.....
Just curious I guess.....
Or is there anyway by which the phone stops calculating the battery left and then directly switches off when the battery becomes 0?
And my new battery hasn't arrived yet.....
Maybe with a LED... not?

Don't do anything like this, it could kill the battery or even be more dangerous.

The battery is already as good as dead.
What worse could happen?

Several!
The extra parts, that extend the micro-USB 2.0 connection, increase your data bandwidth (allowing faster data transfers) AND increase the amount of power supplied. That means faster charging! It's completely backwards-compatible with micro-USB 2.0, so any old accessories and chargers you have still work (suck it, Apple), but at the same time, it increases your options because there is now more bandwidth and power available.
I picked up a Samsung micro USB 3.0 cable on eBay for £1.59 and it charges waaaay faster

Nexus 6p's charger for oneplus 2

Can I use Nexus 6p's charger for my oneplus 2.I have read somewhere that it shouldn't be.Is that true?
Sent from my ONE A2003 using XDA-Developers mobile app
You can use any charger you have in hand.
This Nexus charger will work fine, quick charge won't work because op2 doesn't support that only standard 5V 1.5A/2A

Wow O.O very scary indeed
Any way i think that was a damaged/defective cable... I've been using a generic dual port charger and op2 official cable, also portable anker e5 and it's working fine

Pretty sure that's only if you use a cheap low quality charger.
As long as it's a good quality charger, then it will be fine. I've been using an Anker multiport charger for over a year with no issues. Got the USB-C compliant Anker cables recently as well, the default OP2 cable isn't exactly great quality.

Unlock when on charge?

My S8+ sits on the wireless charger when I'm at my desk.
It would be good if the phone could stay unlocked if I put it down to charge while unlocked.
I can't find any setting for this. Is there an app that can do it?

Thanks! I'm trying it at the moment, it seems to work some of the time but not always - I will investigate.

It works when the phone is directly connected to the charger, but not when it's sitting on the wireless charger.
I'd like this too. Any ideas?

I use an app called Caffeine and have it keep screen on when charging. I have a wireless charger on my desk as well.

This is serious problem, last time I'm also in trouble then Install an app " Caffeine" and have it keep screen on when charging. I also use the wireless charger.

Last I checked only samsung chargers support 25-45w on the note 10 (don't think any 3rd party has made something with the proper PD configuration yet). Don't think they've released a 25w car adapter yet.
Xiaomi Wireless Car Charger 20W
Check also the 27W car charger that comes with it

Maybe any real-life experience?
I`m in searching of car charger with backlight, two ports (type-c+ traditional USB) than can charge Note 10+ at least 15-20w.

You can calculate the watts yourself. Pretty easy by multiplying the voltage by the amperage . On that one the two options are:
5v*2a = 10 watts
or
9v*1.67a = 15 watts
thanks man. I guess I knew that but hadn't used it in so long. anyone found a high watt car charger ?
