Does anyone know if the P8 has MHL support at all had this phone near a year and never thought to ask but would like to know if it does or not.

If anyone wants to test the easy way (works on virtually any phone with a camera & any free QR code reader/scanner app installed) - just visit the MHL site & scan the QR code near the bottom under 'Do I Have MHL?'

But i was wondering is there is a way to make my own barcode and have it linked to a website or contact information.
A barcode that can be scanned with the phone like we can do with android apps.

Does the Verizon model support on screen? I would like to mirror my phone on my computer. I have found no information to the contrary. But when I select connection methods this method does not show for me. Do I have to install something on my phone as well?

Upon further research only AT&T and T-Mobile support OSP. Awesome. Just another reason to get the hell off Verizon.....
Wear 2 days trying to search for google the damn pin asking me and no way says that either goal or 4 zeros or 1234, but it does not work, try it with tutorials on sisaxis but no way someone would know which pin is which you have to get to that link by bluetooth ??
The fact is that the cable if it works perfectly.

I am planning on buying a new phone soon - either OnePlus 8 Pro/8TPro or Samsung S20/Note 20 (when the latter are released)
Could any OP8 holders please confirm if this was indeed accurate?
If it's accurate, is there a way to avoid this?
Or we stuck on the stock firmware with the 'potential' data being sent off to home?
