Pretty greedy i must say, I meant he even got the phone for free at google I/O

I actually saw a post on cl for $1000 and he said pretty firm.....I was like wow am thinking $200 w new line is something to think about ...

well, gotta be fair, the $200 is with a 2 years contract, this is no contract, but i think they should sell it close to retail, $600 plus $100 for the phone hasn't released yet.

Pre ordered today from handtec, really excited but at the same time a litle scared because i spent 675$ for a phone and i have always hatex htc sense but am hoping that this one is better, i can always install a new launcher if worst comes to worst. Hello Htc one, goodbye nexus 4

This version of sense seems to be far more 'complete' and like you said... there are a lot of different launchers out there if it's not for you.
I ordered mine the day after the unveiling, just waiting for the 15th march Will be like a kid at Christmas.

I want a feature rich phone and I hate AOSP UI. Yeah I'm a sense love eversince So go with HTC. Won't wait for a price drop here. This is just me showing my gratitude for them for reincarnating the nokia XpressMusic line on the latest devices.
Ok XpressMusic and HTC M7 are not totally the same but their line of designs are actually the same. More of like the casual type of phones where it looks really cool and not the typical classy look.
Oh I miss my last XpressMusic phone!!!

Looks like we don't have one feature I loooove on the GS5. Selective focus. Why did they not include that? other than that, I like the camera

Never mind. Found it. I wasn't paying attention...

Coming from the Note 3 I knew the camera was going to be better but didn't expect to be wow'ed this much... My favorite I've been playing with is selective focus.

Went for a hike with my wife and dog today. Very pleased with the pics!

Within 12 hours of my preorder on Sept 29th I received an email from Fi saying I had been accepted. I had been waiting for at least 2 months. Waiting till the phone arrives to port my AT&T number over. Little scared to shed the very reliable and wide spread AT&T service for a T-Mo/Sprint hybrid. Last time I had either of those services (2011?) they were pretty horrible. Hoping time has remedied some of their previous problems.

Thinking of trying to see how much open wifi there actually is. $10 per gb isn't ideal for me especially since I'm on a family plan but I like the idea of having my number in hangouts accessible on all devices

Can't really say. But I would assume just the affected devices. New sales I've heard won't be later then Oct but some guy could sell it I guess

Just finished speaking with Samsung. Since I returned my note 7, and didn't get a loaner phone, they refuse to let me take part in the exchange phase. I have to wait until sales are open to the public. SMH

I'm glad it's coming soon. But I think I'll hang onto my interim S7 Edge for a few extra days to see whether the UI-lag problem (documented with video here) has been solved. Otherwise, I'll probably not switch back.

I'm going to call at&t aftet work and see if they want my money. They already offered a loaner phone, so if I wanted to go through the trouble, I could convince Samsung that I took part in the program.
I wish I had known that they would play favorites.
