where my apps goes in system?

Hi all, maybe is a dump question but I like to know where my apps goes in system and if is possible to copy from that directory in another one, in my computer in order next time after wiping to not download again. thanks in advance!

Your device have to be rooted. The app´s are in /data/app/

yes. is already rooted, but I cant copy any apps from system.... i'm using androidscreencast....

try it with adb
adb pull /data/app/ /your_folder_on_c:/
a simple way is to use the app rootexplorer, there you can copy and paste the files to your sd card

If it is safe I don't know, but you can try. Some people says the sm-g530h roms works in the sm-g530bt. You can try and tell how it goes.
Do you want a general backup? Root your phone, put TWRP in it, do the backup from recovery and copy it to a secure place. After, you can install the rom. The phones isn't too different, so a terrible brick isn't supposed to occur

S7 Edge SD Card not shown?

Hi, I recently rooted my s7 edge and have noticed that although I can see my SD card in es file explorer, I cannot grant applications such as es file explorer and titanium backup access to it. This is because when I try to browse for the sd card using the document provider, it does not appear. I have ticked the show sd card but that made no difference. Any ideas on how to fix? Thanks

Fixed it by re-installing stock rom and then rooting through TWRP if anyone is reading this and has the same issue.

Whenever I turned on my phone now it goes into this recovery mode.
Attached is a picture of what its showing me.
How do I fix this issue?
I can't load anything into the phone from the PC either. Like putting in an update onto the internal memory however I do have a SD Card in it.
So if I need to upload an update by SD Card I should be able too. I think

Something has happened to your OS.
And no, you can't use THAT recovery to do anything to fix your situation.
You can either use a custom recovery and try a custom ROM, or you can use Odin and flash a stock ROM.
In either case you will most probably lose your data.

maybe your volume up button is stuck? check it first

) simply because I need the option to make Nandroid-backups of the rom if I want to try another. But as you might know the backup with encrypted files fails.
So how do I keep my tablet decrypted whenever I install a custom OS ?

I have the same problem, TWRP doesn't decrypt and I can see only cryptic folder names on the data partition.
My workaround is to use an external Micro SD card. This is not encrypted and can be read by TWRP without problems.
It would still be good if the problem would be fixed in TWRP. There is an official version, but no corresponding thread here on XDA, strange.
