You can always get assistance from the Kali NetHunter Telegram group... Or any of the Kali NetHunter threads as there is quite a few of them between the Magisk module and numerous universal installer threads I'm sure you can find some help there.

I tested splash.img on Pie FW. Don't know if it will work on Oreo FW.
