Will factory resetting my newly unlocked phone kill the unlock code and relock it? Reason that I want to do a factory reset is because my phone is getting really laggy and slow.

Hey guys,
so im having some problems with my phone, for some reason every time it comes off the charger, the phone will not ring when i get calls even though it is NOT on silent mode and none of the settings have been changed...
so... gonna need to try a factory reset, but i want to keep all my apps to reinstall, how do i do this efficiently and effectively?
also i bought an unlock code and unlocked my phone... does a factory reset do anything to the unlock?
thanks!
for back up of apps and settings there's MyBackup pro.
can't help on whether resetting will retain unlock or not.

i bought an IMEI unlock code and reset my phone once (and even have updated firmware) and yes, It does keep your code. You won´t lose it!!
I noticed that I'm able to drop into recovery mode and start a factory reset, even though I've got full encryption on and everything. Does this feature get disabled when you unlock the bootloader? And if so, is it possible to re-enable it?
Right now I'm still stock everything (haven't rooted yet) just unlocked the bootloader.
I purchased a Sprint LG 6, I got it brand new. I then turned to an online service who used a USB Redirector and some voodoo on their end to unlock it. Its working great but I'm a little nervous. There's no way sprint can re-lock it is there? If I hard reset, will I lose my unlock. The unlocker says that its permanent, but I'm worried about OTA updates and hard resets. I know some phones have been re-locked by way of a profile update.
if youre using Sprint and not other carrier why do you need it Sim unlocked and what online service did you use if you dont mind telling us.

They must have used either QCPro or Octoplus. The phone will not get re-locked if you do a soft reset (wipe data and reset factory settings). Nevertheless, it will get re-locked if you do a Hard Reset (Through android menu on bootloader).

You have a link to the QCPro, I can't seem to find a website.

pretty sure that was a typo for gcpro.
device that runs around $200 that can sim unlock, fix frp, and repair imei... according to the info. tempted to get one myself.
most people on eBay that do remote unlocks via team viewer use something similar. figure if I unlock about 15 phones I'll break even
Is the GC Pro unlocking different from getting it unlocked from Sprint (after the phone is payed off of course)?
i am not sure if my device is soft briked or hard bricked, i was trying to do a factory restore, but when i did it i accidently did a comeplete full restore and it wanted to original google account which i didnt have, needless to say this tripped the fpr lock on, anyway needless to say i am in the factory binary, i hve no clue how to get out of this fpr is on, and i dont know what to do.
its a sm-g950u that was locked to cricket, i do not know if this is hard or soft bricked or what cn be done
can anyone help me i dont care if its 7.0 just want my phone back
If I need to factory reset fully my rooted 8Pro (Android 10), do I need to pay attention to anything? I dont have any saved fingerprint. I dont use TWRP. Thx!
Remove all password's/pin's.
Factory reset wipe All in youre phone. Save what you like in pc.
You will loose root.
And if you like to get youre phone like new (out of the box), you need to relock the bootloader.
