Please help me

Please help me. I tried to put new radio image in the HTC magic, and when I restart in recovery mode since the image appeared http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=458989&stc=1&d=1291796680, stay 10 seconds then the screen is black. I restarted, I tried to get into fastboot but wants the same image appears then the screen goes off.I apologize for my bad English

there is a rom bible stickied at the top of this forum... you might want to read over it... the easiest way is to go back to 1.5, install flashrec, use that to install the recovery, then flash your new rom...

i missed the part about recovery... he is screwed then i guess... let this be a lesson, if you don't understand DON'T DO IT!!

[Q] Fixing the "Fastboot mode started"

There are other threads how to fix this but people are having issues finding the right files or flash blindly whatever they see.
Inside this package is a roughly described tutorial on how to deal with it.
Simply get your files and place them inside this directory, once you extract it.
Contents of the zip:
-adb.exe
-AdbWinApi.dll
-AdbWinUsbApi.dll
-fastboot.exe
-readme.txt <- You need to read this before hitting RUN_THIS.bat
-RUN_THIS.bat <- it will flash your partitions back to the place
I will also update this thread with more links, pictures etc and provide support.

I am very thank you on this ..I am made the 1st step !It seems like i have a download mode now i quess..It flash ed but didnt check yet if its working .Now i am going to flash the kdz.i ll inform you .

been able to save friend's D802 this way few days ago, without needing to reinstall the rom again after that. it just booted normally right after this fix. (got no idea what he done to mess it up)

hello friend i've try to do that on my lg g3 D850 (here is my thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/help/g3-d850-stuck-fastboot-download-mode-t2946607) but no sucsess... i've install all the drivers and extract all the three files (aboot boot laf) from the competible at&t D850 LGD850AT-01-V10d-310-410-JUN-19-2014+0.tot file ...
please help me!!

second: seems like you don't have fastboot drivers OR more likely the device isn't in fastboot mode.
Which one is the right one ?

please lets try the both ways plese give me link to fast boot drivers i guess i don't have the right drivers and give please guide how to enter fastboot mode. i'm sorry but i;m not that techy with those things and i guess i did something wrong..

No, I didn't . Seek Google adb drivers or fastboot drivera or pdanet adb driver on Google, install it. I won't ne available for the weekend so it's best you try it now so I can try to assist you.

i'll start from the begining, i've try to format the phone with lg flashtool and the process suddenly stopped. now the phone stuck in boot loop, start to at&t logo than after few seconds dim to black screen and go again ...
i can't enter download mode or recovery mode (factory hard reset).
so i try to fix the download mode with this guide...

tnx. i started read the guide and its says that my phone need to be rooted and its not.. .. what can i do?

It doesn't need to ne rooted. Ask here if unsure od anything.

Writing "aboot" ... nothing happens more then this...please help
I tried as u told me..installed all the drivers etc.
but when i click on RUN_THIS...."writing aboot" is written...nothing happens afterwards...

It's pretty straightforward.. Download the three files in the link provided above and flash them from your custom recovery.
Use Google translate for every link.
I've got this on my phone since the last 5 hours and I haven't used it much for bug testing. But the phone works perfectly and the software is a daily driver for sure!

Didn't flash any extra modem. Wifi not turning on. See the first post.
That's only bug I see as of now.

I think modem can help that problem... I ll try. I hope this file won't wreck my recovery partition as 19c did...

you will see the modem and mods in the info translate it theirs a link there for modems ,patches and mods sorry for my bad english ehehe

is it really for F400K ? I dont think that, it look like a ported from D855
I also saw a ported package from F400S at http://www.fshare.vn/file/1CMRFVXM4A/ (I flashed and it worked - 1 week ago - I back to stock 4.4.2 to wait for OTA)

I think you're screwed since you're running the new bootloader (or kernel, not sure) you can't downgrade, and since there isn't lollipop for f400k you need to wait

Have you tried a "adb reboot recovery"? My f400k on cloudy won't enter bump recovery with any of the usual start up sequences I have found. The only way I can do it is with reboot to recovery on the restart menu or "adb reboot recovery" maybe yours is the same?

Mine boots into stock recovery.
I don't even have root.
Kdz method doesn't work because Flash toll recognizes the phone has a d855.
Flashing a d855 dll is suicide.

I haven't done it from Lollypop nor do I know much about this kind of thing so make sure you do some research first.

Heyy mine is like yours, I can't enter recovery when on boot. But can enter with a app or menu (tweakbox).
How do I fix this? I am afraid of bootloops and want to get into recovery when I get one.

I asked the super helpful guys in the bump IRC chat room but no luck. I am going to be super careful about what I flash until a method is found.

Custom binary blocked by FRP Lock

Here is the deal.
I got this text when I try to boot the device from cold start. Then - bootloop
The nasty thing is that I go into bootloop even if I try to charge with a wall charger.
Recovery is not an option.. it is a custom one (TWRP) and got the same error message.
The only thing that is working is the Download... mode.
Under my Mint distribution the fastboot is not able to detect the device, however lsusb finds it.
The fastboot is executed not with sudo, but with the root account directly.
Tried with sudo, with sudo su - ... with bash etc...
No help - <Waiting for device> - is the only thing I got from fastboot.
Found the drivers for samsung under windows. Driver is successfully installed. However fastboot still does not see the device.
What are my options?

You should be using heimdall and not fastboot for Samsung devices. Flash the files from Sam mobile but rename the .tar.md5 to .tar and extract it. Flash all the files using heimdall. Also, this does not belong in 2016 ROMs. If you need help with heimdall please google.

You should have the option to "open in browser" if you select the post I believe. Do that, then click report. Moderators will immediately be notified.

"Device is corrupt" HELP!

I was just trying to install the 9.0.6 update manually following the instructions in the thread for it here on xda and it wouldn't work. I uninstalled magisk and restored images through magisk manager as the directions stated to do. I couldn't get the update to show in the local upgrade section under system update so decided to reboot to see if that would fix it but now my phone will not boot. It goes to a screen that says my device is corrupt and won't go past that. It says to hit the power button to continue but that just makes it boot back to that screen and if I just wait the phone shuts off.
Any help is appreciated.
(UPDATE) Thanks for the help guys. I got the phone booting again by flashing the 9.0.6 ROM in fastboot. I'm still getting the "device is corrupt" message and have to hit the power button twice to get it to boot so if anyone knows a fix for this I would appreciate it. At least I can use the phone now.

Worked for me. Unzip to a folder....run it.....with phone off press and hold all 3 buttons......it will find device.... press start.....Yahtzee....hope this helped

You could try to use msm download tool linked above or flash the full rom again since you can get into fastboot. I'd prob try that before the msm tool though.

Just download full zip of fastboot rom, extract into a folder, connect you phone in fastbbot mode and run flash all bat file.

Thanks. I got that part and was able to get my phone booting again but I still get the corrupt device message when I start the phone. Wish I knew how to get rid of it. IS there any return to full stock methods that also locked the bootloader and restore all partitions to stock? That is the only thing I can think of that might work.

Someone say that wiping all with stock recovery solved, but device work fine also whit that message, otherwise you can try MSM Download Tool, it will restore all stock to 9.0.5 with locked bootloader.

Use the MSMDownloadTool for the international version, it's the only way to bypass the verity trigger, it will restore the device to full stock as if you never unlocked the bootloader to begin with.

Thanks guys. I will try this out in the future. For now I'm just going to ride with what I got since I don't feel like setting my phone up again. I don't reboot much so it shouldn't bother me too bad. I guess it's good I learned something new.
