I believe the updated script “flashall.bat” updates all G4/G4 Plus devices. Consider searching the guides section for fastboot update images.
Xt1622 it's Moto g4, wrong place to post!

No idea about an all in one tool, best bet might be to install minimal ADB and use the included script (the instructions say it's got OEM lock.bat) or copy paste each of the instructions into ADB.

I believe the PC Mobile models use the LATAM version.
