Hello,
I have a problem with my phone.
I rooted it so I could flash a ROM with Marshmallow on it.
I now have ALE--L21C432B574 on it with TWRP. (my phone is single SIM hardware but I installed the double SIM firmware, so far it worked well)
With the recent "****" announced by Niantic, i didn't know if I had to stop playing Pokemon Go, or if I should unroot. After some reflexion, I determined that I don't use root that much, so I decided to unroot directly from SuperSU to uninstall the root.
Except the phone is still detected as rooted, It doesn't pass SafetyNet API so I can't play Pokemon Go.
I did a factory reset but from the beginning of configuration it told me my phone was rooted. I don't understand what to do. Do I have to flash the stock recovery of the C432B574 update and lock the bootloader so it stops detecting root on my phone ?
Or do I have to get it back to the original state with my branded rom (which I can't find...) ?
How can I completely remove root so the game would work ?
Thanks in advance for any helpful response I can get.

Hey Guys, I'm brand new to these forums, and to this whole community so bare with me.
Basically I bought my T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S5 phone around the time it came out, and I also had installed root on it via towelroot when Towel Root was first released. I did not update the phone at all for a long period of time and everything was working fine, until one day I was browsing under settings and accidentally tapped the "Software Update" button, then T-mobile auto-pushed an update onto my phone.
This update has caused the root on my phone to not work at all (Deemed useless) So I clicked SU and only a black screen popped up when I tried to open the app, so I uninstalled it, reinstalled it then got a message saying "There is no SU binary installed, and SuperSU Cannot install it. If you just upgraded to Android 4.3 you need to manually re-root your device" So I tried to re-root via towelroot method again. It seems the T-mobile update made my phone "Unsupported/Uncompatible" with TowelRoot's obsolete techniques, so now I'm in dire need of help.
My phone tried to push another t-mobile update (This time to upgrade to Lollipop) but it failed after attempting to install it after a reboot. So not only will my phone not update to Lollipop, but I'm not even rooted anymore and am unsure on how to get back rooted, or what to do next since I used rooting as a primary source to store apps on my SD Card. Kind of like i'm stuck in one spot? (Can't update your phone/can't root it the old method)
I'm brand new guys, Please can you break down to me what I should do, in order to obtain root again, and possibly be able to upgrade to Lollipop As well as prevent further pushed T-mobile updates? Here's some info if you need it
S5 Model Number: SM-G900T
Android Version:4.4.2
Kernel Version:3.4.0-262.. etc. (Tell me if you need the full kernel details)
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank YOU!
Flash this with ODIN
http://download.chainfire.eu/407/CF-Root1/CF-Auto-Root-kltetmo-kltetmo-smg900t.zip
(Will trip KNOX and void warranty)
Or flash a pre-June 2014 KK Kernel, root with Towelroot again, then flash back your current Kernel
Is this the only solution? And also is it the right one? o.o
Can anyone else please give me some feedback on the situation? I want to make sure I do this right, please just a little helps.

Hey I did exactly what you said and it worked I got root back, but I was wondering how to flash back to my current kernel and keep Root?
Hello Everyone
I need urgent help as my phone is not working and it is too irritating to keep switching it on and off. Just to give a brief history of my phone, I rooted it 3 months back thru ODIN, I actually wanted to install xmod games and that required a root. The root went fine and my purpose was solved.
Now today after three months my phone yesterday I got a message for software update and on which i clicked, it said i can't update it and post that the phone is constantly hanging and restarting. Launching an app seems to take ages. I am seriously very annoyed. I thought it is the root hence I clicked on full unroot and uninstalled SuperSU. But this didn't solve the problem.
The KNOX counter reads 0x1 (4) warranty void. I am unable to use the phone for a single minute and its heating up too much.
I want to know what to do next.
Should I flash a custom rom? If yes please suggest some. ( my model is 910G factory unlocked)
Should I flash a factory rom?
Should I re-root & set counter to 0 using triangle away and then try to update it over wifi?
Any other suggestions?
From what I have read lurking around XDA, if you are on stock ROM with root capabilities, you can't use OTA updates, you must use odin. You can download the stock 5.1.1 for your model/region on Sammobile. Also, you may find the ROM you need here on XDA hope I could help.
So yesterday I decided to attempt to root my 6T got passed to unlock bootloader process and hit a wall trying to complete TWRP install and root. So i bailed on the operation with just achiving bootloader unlock.
I turn my phone back on with the fresh install from unlocking the bootloader and got all my apps installed. I went to connect my Galaxy Watch that was connected and working fine prior to unlocking and now the Galaxy Wear App is telling me
that my "System Software is not compatible" WTF it was just working fine!! Technoloy Gods why must you loath me in such ways???:crying::silly:
Any one with insight to this problem i will say a prayer to the TECH GODS to protect from such curses!!
THANK yOU!
Probably need magisk to hide the bootloader unlock. Does Google pay work?
Works fine here. I restored the app via OnePlus switch from my other device and didn't have a single issue since then.
Flash another kernel and you'll be able to download the apps on the play store

Like a month ago, I was rooting my phone with Magisk. First, I installed TWRP, everything went OK. Then I flashed Magisk, everything was still OK. But when I tried to install Xposed with root privileges, it just installed and I rebooted, the phone got bricked, like the last level of soft brick! Factory reset wasn't working, I didn't had a Xposed Uninstaller, I didn't also have an SD Card, so I couldn't flash a ROM from SD Card using TWRP, also my PC didn't have a SD Card slot. It was rebootlooping over and over again. eRecovery gave me an error, saying "A serious boot problem has occured, it is hardly recommended to wipe data/factory reset." or something like that. I did what it said, still rebootlooping. Nothing was working, Xposed has completely screwed my phone. The last solution was to give the phone to Huawei Service Center. It came back 3 days later, and the results Xposed made was terrible. Huawei locked my bootloader and Xposed FRIED MY MOTHERBOARD. But they changed the motherboard, nothing else. So my warranty is still in place , but still, my phone is no longer open for rooting, flashing etc. I don't know what to do. I want know two things;
1- How did Xposed do that and is it not supporting my phone?
2- How can I unlock my bootloader back?
Thanks.

Xposed doesn't work on P smart at the moment ..everybody knows this and you were warned not to install it ...xposed did NOT do anything to your motherboard ...pay dc unlocker 4€ and download their application anf follow the instructions on how to unlock your bootloafer ...huawei service center will have installed the LATEST firmware which is IMPOSSIBLE to umlock bootloader ..so FIRST you will need to downgeade ...there are many posts explaining how to downfrade using firmware finder tool & dns

Thanks for the explanation, I get it now. But I wasn't warned to not to download Xposed, and where does it say P smart is not supported?

I don't remember .... obviously it's not mentioned in every post but i definitely saw it in more than few spots ...anyway bad luck .. ultimately it's huawei who screwed us their clients by not releasing source code and locking bootloader ..making it a pain in the behind to build custom roms for the device and costing money to unlock it ...so the good devs just move on ...the sad situation is we are on the fringe ..lucky enough to have got root through a last ditch paid bootloadee unlock and treble support making custon roms possible albeit with broken camera , nfc and others ...uuugh stupid huawei .... definitely my first and last one ....
Hi everyone,
Straight to the point, I bought Samsung S7 Edge second-hand and I get trouble in lagging and always show notification of "Unauthorized actions have been detected. Restart your phone to undo any unauthorized changes."
This problems also tangled me when I'm using Samsung Health...:crying::crying::crying:
As basic situation, I know it had been root and unroot before I bought this phone.
Is anyone can help me to get rid off?:crying::crying:
samsung health, android pay and secure folder won't work on device that has root or have been rooted. firstly, to get rid of the annoying notification, install titanium backup, grant root rights if you are still rooted, locate the apk "security log agent and freeze it. If not, install latest twrp and root with magisk or supersu, just search online how to do so. lastly , to get rid of the lagging and notification . flash latest stock rom via odin and everything would be fine ..just remember that your knox is tripped forever so don't expect samsung health would work after removing root or getting back to latest stock ..hope this helps and good luck
