can u say me why i always get "Android is starting" after every boot, when I was in CM 12 CUSTOM ROM WITH 64BIT MINIMAL GAPPS?
It is like that only, no need to be worried.
I'm stuck at "Starting Apps". . I've been bouncing back & forth since then with Bootloops (balls moving in circles) and the "Android is Starting" Screen, depending on the type of ROM I try using.
Solved - Looks like I had to reflash the Modem / Radio.

I reverted to stock (D80230d_00.kdz), rooted the phone and installed TWRP (twrp-3.0.2-1-d802-bump-blastagator-signed).
The I installed cm-13.0.1-20160805-NIGHTLY-d802 and open_gapps-arm-6.0-micro-20160730.zip. The phone showed the LG Logo and turned black. I installed bootstack-d802-CAF-signed.zip to pass that stage. The phone optimized all apps and got eventually stuck at "Android is starting...Starting apps". I get this problem with all CM13* roms, but CM12* roms work without any problems.
Any ideas?

okay so i currently am having an issue on the us996 where when my phone boots up itll give a notification in the status bar from Android system that "android is upgrading" as soon as it finishes the phone reboots and proceeds to repeat process how do i stop the system from doing this in order to stop the reboots any ideas?
my phone is note3 N9002, updated to lollipop and activation locked...
after facebook messenger's update my phone got so hot and restarted,,
now whenever i boot i see "android is upgrading.. optimizing 1 app of 1..
sometime it reboots at samsung's logo and rarely it goes to android for 10 seconds or so then i see android acore error and reboots to the loop again!
i noticed that the clock froze and whatever setting i change undo itself when it reboots "if i set wifi on" when it reboots it goes back off as it was
i managed to uninstall messenger quickly but when it reboots its the very same "android is upgrading" and play store notifies me of 1 app updated successfully "messenger"
- i can go to download mode but cant install any rom/bootloader because of "emc_write_fail" because of activation lock?
- recovery mode says "custom binary blocked by Reactivation Lock"

-i tried the simcard i've previously locked the reactivation lock but that didnt help..
- i tried to erase /wipe the phone from Samsung's online service but it says not connected "last seen date is when it died"
any ideas? i am ok with wiping all data in phone to get it back..
i tries different roms kitkat and every official rom for it or n9005 "same processor" and failed!
any ideas? does unbrick.img fix this? i mean bypass activation lock to install rom?
if so do i need anything special other than the image and unpack it to sdcard?
