circle zooming?

I saw this today and was wondering if something like this may be possible on a ROM in the future?
The new Nokia Maemo OS has this circular zooming trick - see here @2:15 :

Developers here were able to create faux multitouch for the magic and g1, so I was wondering if this could be theoretically possible?
Just a thought.

Circle zooming was there in the early cupcake version... so yeah it's possible

Best usage:
- Use your Android desktop manager wallpaper feature (stock launcher, Nova), in "Settings > Display > Wallpaper > *MyDesktopAppChoice* > *ChooseImage* > *CropIt*"
- Crop to "Portrait mode only" or equivalent feature: wallpaper will fully fit your screen width, without having to scroll between desktop pages, and will display not to bad in landscape mode too (full image visible but a little too much zoomed-in/pixellized)

I feel like a smartphone is really smart if it has a smart camera. Honor 5X is a budget phone, which worth a bit more than its price. I am a great fan of Honor 5X, especially for its camera. Honor 5X has a 13MP rear camera with single LED flash and 5MP front camera. If you prefer a Smartphone with the good camera, go with Honor 5X. Honor 5X comes with many camera features and now I am discussing some rare features like Audio note and GPS tag.
Audio Note
Audio note is exactly like talking image. Really interesting feature. Audio note will record an audio of 10 seconds after clicking a photo and it is available in camera menu bar.

GPS tag
GPS tag will display the location where the photo or video was taken. I know this is not an essential feature but still this feature helps me to trace from where I took the image. Before taking photo enable GPS tag and then the photo in the gallery will give information about the location from where the photo was taken.
To enable GPS tag:
Step 1: Enable GPS tag toggle from camera Settings and take the photo.
Step 2: To get location information open the image from Gallery and select Menu.

Step 3: Select Show on map option to get the location on google map.

For example, if you take a photo of food, phone AI can detect a food automatically, and the Image Signal Processor (ISP) ensures all the elements in the image are perfectly captured, intelligently applies AI scene enhancement automatically to enhance the image detail, color, contrast and so on.
Pro Mode
Pro Mode can manually adjust settings such as ISO, shutter speed, exposure compensation, auto/manual focus and white balance to achieve the quality and depth.
OPPO Find X5 Pro added two useful functions in Pro Mode which are Histogram and Focus peaking functions, I frequently use these two functions during some situations.

Focus Peaking​The image format has JPG, RAW & RAW PLUS, the raw & raw plus file can record more details, which enable to do post-processing through photo editing apps like photoshop easily, but the file size of raw & raw plus is much bigger than jpg, compare with 3MB .jpg, it saves as in .dng and costs more than 25MB per image.

Hasselblad Xpan Mode allows you to capture cinematic panoramas photos in either retro color or black & white.
Night Mode
Night Mode is used for the night photography, if you bring a tripod, please use ‘Night Mode’ to capture, in order to have a less noise image.
Long Exposure Mode
Use Long Exposure Mode can capture moving vehicles, water&clouds and light painting. For example, I took this photo in Merlion Park, Singapore, it was a sunny day, if you use a DSLR camera without any ND filter it is difficult to have a long exposure photo, but this Long Exposure Mode in the phone can solve this issue, with 4 second shutter speed will smooth the water and gives it a silky and soft look.
