I actually like it. Once again, I didn't see a price (could have missed it yet again, as the page wouldn't load all the way), but the specs look decent, and it has a pretty "tough" look.

It's very Blade Runneresque. I like it. It was € 200/249/1000. It says it will be € 349 Retail when released.
Its pretty thick at 17.6mm/.70 inches.
I find that Honor 4c are on sale on Ru. Aliexpress when I navigate the site.
Honor 4c

Thinking of grabbing one since it comes with a 13 megapixel rear camera, which delivers quite excellent results for a phone that does not cost the earth.
Smartwatch weight is very important to me.
And I suppose that for many other users too.
But unfortunately there is serious inconsistency about smartwatches weight even on producers websites (as can be seen in attached screen taken directly from Finowatches.com website about 3 different watches).
On other websites weight of this watches varies from 50 g (e.g. gearbest.com) to over 200 grams.
So can anyone weigh NO.1 D5, Finow X5 and Finow X3 / K9 and maybe other popular smartwatches on at least 1 gram resolution scale and post here results or scale's photos?
With straps (because built-in antennas).
All the smartwatches I have.
Galaxy Gear: 77g
Finow X5: 85g
Neptune Pine: 129g (69g without strap)
The scale's resolution is only 1g, so consider those measurements +/- 1g or so.

I'm usually within +-10g just wearing a watch and guessed mid-80's. I think I need to not wear watches so often.
K9 G3 (aka X3) smartwatch (with non-removable rubber straps): 80 g, +/-2 g
(unfortunately my scale despite 1 g resolution is not so accurate)

What you have done here is collected just about all the copyright protected faces and launchers ever made and distributed them without permission.
You do not own any of them. You did not make any of them and you have been reported - not just to the XDA admin team but to outside agencies as well.
What did you think you were doing ? It's a blatant act of piracy .......

I have myself the Xiaomi Mix but im impressed with this copy considering it has A MUCH BETTER CAMERA THAN a 600 € Phone and the FP is in front of the device.
Is this the next bang for the buck phone ?
discuss
Screen size & processor the only let down.
I never owned an elephant before but the specs looks good for the price
My Opinion is based on research and this reviews from devicespecifications .com
- No headphone jack (Mi Mix has one of the best DACs in a phone, with 24bit 192kHz)
- 4000 mAh battery, but for that size average SoT of 4h real usage and 6 videos only (Mi Mix has about double the SoT, about the best SoT any flagship has to offer)
- Nowadays small absolute price diffrence, for a device intended to be kept for 2 years. For a short time the Mi Mix was available in septembre for 399 DOLLARS, bought mine last week for 384 Euros.
- Elephone isn't good at optimising their system. Hiccups although the x25 should be potent enough
- Display quality, about half as bright with 250cd/m² to 500cd/m². Higher black levels and worse contrast ratio compared to the Mi Mix.
+ The Elephone S8 is very compact for 16:9 with 6inch. I think many would prefer that size over the one of the Mi Mix.
+ More durable due to the metal frame in case of a fall, and the back is plastic, not glass (false advertising)
+ Sensors and reception seem to be all right, not very good but acceptable
+ B20 Support
+ I trust you that the camera is better, but if the camera is important, close to all chinese phones including the Mi Mix suck relatively speaking. It's literally the thing they cut costs with, everything above an LG G2 or a Galaxy S3 has a better camera, that's how much they suck.
General Opinion: All those copies, Maze Alpha, Elephone S8, Leagoo Mix, Umi Crystal Mix, all they do is using the tri-bezelless design, although they cheat even more with their pics than xiaomi does, with larger bezzels. But they lack all the other stuff that makes the mix outstanding, without mentioning the display (one of the best sounding DACs with 3.5mm jack, a big battery with GOOD battery life, premium feel).
Not bad for the price, better than some Mi Mix copies. But it's no bang for the buck, no deal. +50€ and it would be too expensive for what it delivers. There are Mix clones for 50€ less that will give you the same user experience. It stands no ground against the Mi Mix.
The Vernee Mix 2 going to be released this month seems to be more promising on the design with acceptable specs for 160€, more what I call bang for the buck compared to the clones we have. It won't compete with the mi mix, but it may be an overall good device without any big flaws. If it delivers.
Elephone = Bad support + Bad ROM...
Need more improvment before considering to be impressive !
I've found that any device that isn't running a snapdragon either sucks badly and / or has terrible software support.
Not trying to be stereotypical here but I've had my share of devices and this is what it boiled down to.
This is also the main reason why I tend to stay far far away from those nowadays.
Does exist an AOSP custom rom for an MTK Helio?
That's the bottleneck in my opinion...

I'm having trouble finding info about the Mi Mix DAC. Can you elaborate or point me to more info? Is it known which DAC is in the Mi Mix? Is it fully supported in LiniageOS 14.1?

Unfortunately I haven't found the name of the model. It is a dedicated 24bit 192khz DAC according to the review from devicespecifactions...com and many other reviews, although everyone may repeats what somebody else said because I haven't found a real verification in any review. BTW the qualcomm inbuilt DAC of the SD821 also has 24bit 192khz. I've also read that many OEMs restrict the Qualcomm DAC in some way, so even with the same Qualcomm DAC there may be diffrences. In a comparison review with the mate 9 and honor note 8 from Techzilla, he praised it and said that it is comparable to the HTC 10. I didn't open the device, but my personal comparison with the galaxy note 4 it sounds a little bit better.. It definetly is louder (50% Mix = GN4 70%), and also has a bit more punch even if I go a little bit lower with the volume, if I am not biased by my expactations (using 10€ KZ ZST). There is also a reddit discussion (google mi mix dac), where BENQ3000 could use the mi mix with hard to drive headphones which require more juice. In the end it's noticable, but the Qualcomm DACs sound very good too with most headphones. I think AOSP ROMs would use the Qualcomm DAC, if I disable Hi-Fi audio in the settings it still sounds good too me, so go with the ROM you like regardless. As long as there is no clipping or other issues it doesn't really matter, the DAC is not powerful enough to replace my real amplifier for my 100Watts desktop speakers anyway .
Finally found a video comparing these two. Kudos to Chigz Review for bringing it up.

How is the battery life on X5 vs. X5 Pro?
X5 seems to be a steal with these specs. Still flagship level but mid-class pricing
