hello guys i am new to evrything here. i just bought my galaxy 3 yesterday and i saw a term called "rooting". i dont know what it is.
I would like to know what are the advantages of rooting my phone and what are the disadvantages of it.
Rooting mean gAining administator rights of your phone...means the full control...like on g3 yu cant use live wallpapers without rootin...and there are programs who need full access to work. .so rootin is necessary...

hey guys i tried to root and it failed and my phone is stuck on Samsung logo can anybody tell me what i can do now to make the phone boot up again

Hi
I have Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime SM-G530/H/DV model . I did factory Reset . Then TouchWiz stopped problem arose. I disabled TouchWiz and installed APUS Launcher. That worked fine. Then I want to give cell to another person. I did Factory Reset again. After this the following problems arose.
1- A pop up massage during booting arose. “Unfortunately Process com. Android. systemUI has been stopped”
2- Above mentioned message hang the cell on Main Screen, I can not operate any function.
3- IMEI No. INVALID.
4- Mobile cannot be accepted connection with PC, ODIN, Kies etc.
Kindly guide me in this regard as I am a beginner in the matter of programming etc.

Hey guys I'm new to this theads and phone, does anyone have a available root method that works because i tried some and they lend to me getting bootloops and having the phone kernal lock. Please help me.
P.s I got the phone working though
respected sir, samsung galaxy grand prime 4g (SM-G531F) iwas trying to root it by using odin......it was showing fail ...... i tried another md5 file for it...again faild...then i tried to restart phone by first removing the battery then reinserting it...but it didnt start....with both ways(normal and pressing 3 switches simultaneously..i think it is bricked ...
ALL I JUST NEED IS HELP
