Hay guys, i really hope u can help my.
Yesterday I bought the P8 Lite, i wanted to install android 6, after this failed I tried to get root.
I dont know why, but i went into bootloop.
After flashing everything with Fastboot I went into Rescue Mode.. I installed the StockRecovery (B204 wich i had at the beginning) and now im in bootloop again..
When I try to flash 'boot.img' from the Original B204 i says 'writing 'boot'...
FAILED (remote: flash write failure)'
My bootloader is unlocked.
Hope u guys can help me

Hello everyone, I have a huawei p8 vodafone it branded.
I decided to root it, unblocked the bootloader and everything was good so far...
I tried to flash a custom recovery but failed for some reason and I decided to stick with stock recovery.
Now I installed an app as system app and my phone got bricked. my fault..
At first It went trough a bootloop and I was not able to access the huawei recovery or the fastboot, after a while it started to boot into a error message where it was saying that it was impossible to read user data partition, and give me some choices like backup, update to the latest version, or data factory.. I choose data factory twice but it went trough a bootloop again only to give me back to the same page after a while.
I can access huawei erecovery but it gives me getting info package failed when it says that I have to update it with wifi.
I can access fastboot mode and it says me that the phone is unlocked.
I really don't know what to do as I'm not expert, I tried to read various topics but never saw anyone with this message where it was saying impossible to read user data partition..
I had emui 3.1 5.1.1 with vodafone it brand... In case I have to flash it which firmware I should look for? Or is there a way to get my phone alive again without flashing?

Hey thank you silvano, can you tell me which firmware I need to flash it? Is it okay if I use a b170 even if I had the 5.1.1 emui 3.1 version?
Nothing, I can't seem to make it work, I've flashed the boot.img recovery.img system.img and cust.img successfully(b170) but still stuck in bootloop, I can enter bootloader mode, and recovery.. but when I enter recovery it says me that I need to update it and I can't update it because it says me that getting info package failed... tried with different wifis, same result..... The excatly same thing happens with the b132 stock rom too and I cant factory reset or even wipe cache if I dont make this update first as is the only option avaible on huawei eRecovery.
As last attemp I tried to force an upgrade with putting UPDATE.APP inside the sdcard and press vol up vol down and power for booting but this combination of buttons doesnt work...
I'm hopeless, I really don't know what to do... any help would be much appreciated
I have ALE-L21 was running on C185B160 try to upgrade it to OFFICIAL MM6 6.0 but ended up with error installation failed i unpack the UPDATE.APP and manually flash RECOVRY.IMG.......CUST.IMG......BOOT.IMG......SYSTEM.IMG..... fastboot reboot...i can boot into recovery... but cant boot into system....stuck on huawei Logo.... My bootloader is unlocked... i can flash TWRP...and also can boot to twrp but how i can boot into system please help me... Please!

Any way. Thanx!
So my phone, huawei p9 lite VNS-L31, was rooted and there was a system update available. I updated my phone and everything worked fine but I had to reroot it.
When I tried rerooting it I installed TWRP recovery and when I typed in the console on my computer "adb reboot recovery" it got stuck in bootloop.
I managed to get it out but right now I still want
to root my device or install the official rom.
If someone would so nice to help me reroot and explain what could've happened you are more than welcome because I am getting really desperate.
Oem ?

having the same issue, unfortunatelly, is hard to find someone who really knows how to help some beginners, the question is simples, and some don't get it: After doing all the process, the bootloader only boots the Erecovery from Huawei, making it impossible to boot TWRP

That's not my problem. For me it just gets stuck on your device can't be trusted.
Hi there, I'm coming up with the following problem,
I've wiped system in twrp by mistake and i can't boot my phone now. It stucks on the warning about unlocked bootloader. I can't get into fastboot mode and don't have custom recovery. I can boot into huawei erecovery but it doesn't find right package and into huawei recovery but i've tried few firmwares and every time it shows "software install failed incompatiblity with current version"? Do you have any suggestions? I have vns-l21c09b381 version.
Thanks in advance.
Sorry if my English is bad.

I don't remember now.... I think that I extracted update.app and flashed boot and system, then system booted so I installed firmware finder and reflashed all rom via dns. I don't know if it it was as I write and if yes if it's good procedure but anyway it worked for me
[SOLVED] Huawei p9 lite stuck at " your device is booting now", can't enter fastboot
I tried to install twpr recovery on my phone, but now I can't enter fastboot or something else
My phone stays the same with "Your device is booting now..."

Yeah sorry, it's a P9 Lite, vns-l31 (if I'm not wrong), The last firmware was EMUI 5.0.1(?)
I tried to flash recovery_twrp on it via ADB (MAF32.exe). After this I was stuck in bootload but still could acces the fastboot.
Then I tried to relock and unclock my bootloader again and then I was stuck on this screen.
Every key combination I try will give the same result. Also tried to put UPDATE.APP on my sdcard but no success...
When I let my battery die, I get the tree options menu. When I go in Huawei eRecovery, and want to recever it fails to get the package
When I let my battery die, I get the 3 option menu, but it fails to get the package info
Then when it boots it keeps stuck at the Huawei logo
Now I can get in fastboot
After this I flashed the recovery.img via fastboot from this link and rebooted & it worked!!
