Hi, I am a noob. My Samsung S5 got stuck in a boot loop at the logo page. I flashed the firmware (G900TUVS1GPG2_G900TTMB1GPG2_G900TUVS1GPG2_HOME.tar.md5 - 6.0.1), and the problem was fixed. Then, when my battery was about to die, I turned it off and switched the battery, and it restarted in the soft brick boot loop again. I am unable to get to recovery mode unless it is charging. I tried wiping the data and cache partition, but that doesn't work. So I reflashed the firmware again, first in Odin 3.09, then in 3.11.1. It always passes in Odin, but when the phone starts to reload and load the firmware, it stops in the middle, says "erasing", and then goes back to the boot loop. Any ideas? Thanks!

You might have flashed the wrong firmware.
First download the appropriate firmware for your phone based on Region (CSC) from Sam Mobile or from Samsung Updates.
And you can try one more thing. Before flashing the Official Stock firmware please make a data wipe from recovery.
Thanks.
Go into recovery and wipe cache and do a factory reset see if that helps
It's an AT&T S5. I messed with the build.prop to try to spoof another phone, and wound up having the Android UI appear tiny and crash whenever I booted to the home screen. I tried to fix this problem by flashing earlier stock firmware with Odin, but now my phone freezes every time it boots up. It will load until the Samsung logo animation, then freeze mid-animation, and the screen will go black with my led light in the corner blue. I have to pull the battery out.
Every soft brick solution I see is to flash stock firmware, but it doesn't seem to be working. I flash G900AUGU1ANCE 4.4.2, the AP, CP and CSC files, but the phone still boots up with the the CUSTOM appearing at initial boot with the unlocked padlock graphic. Usually that goes away after flashing older firmware. SO despite flashing older firmware, it still boots and freezes. I can boot into Recovery mode and Download mode, so the phone is not all the way gone. I try wiping data and cache in Recovery, but that doesn't fix anything. I am at my wit's end. Can anyone help fix this?

I'm having the same problem after installing and using the TWRP app on my ATT S5. I tried reflashing the stock rom using odin and it says successful but the phone never boots. It only makes it to the Samsung logo then the screen goes black. I've heard that if the phone is on lollipop which mine is you have to downgrade to kitkat first then flash the stock files.
If your fone boot in recovery perform a full vipe and format system and after go in download mode end use odin for flash all file bootloader, modem ,PIT file for partition find the pit file for ur device modell in xda
So ive rooted my phone in the past and flashed custom roms(downloaded from samobile).I used triangle away to trick the phone that I was not rooted. I began upgrade process in kies. All went well, but root was gone and supersu didn't work so I uninstalled it. I then decided to root with kingo root. All went well again(root succeeded). Here is where the problem starts: when the device rebooted it shows Samsung logo with these little lights flashing around the logo. I left the phone to boot but 1 hour later its stuck in the same position. I thought it was a boot loop but I accessed recovery and wiped cache partion. Still nothing. I went to recovery again and did factory reset. Still nothing help me please guys.

Go to sammobile and download the firmware for your device
Download odin
Go to download mode
Flash the firmware via odin
After samsung logo comes go to recovery and do a factory reset and reboot
Then go to this guide for rooting

Heya
I followed a guide to download odin and CF auto Root-k3g-k3gxx-smg900h. I installed odin, booted into download and loaded the cf autoroot.
It takes a while before going to blue "RESET" and then my phone keeps showing the samsung logo.
After 2min Odin shows a green "PASS".
However I'm now stuck with a phone that won't boot and keeps showing the samsung logo.
I have tried the advice given in http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2725939
Any advice would be appreciated.
After flashing with Odin did your recovery boot and do its thing, or did your phone reboot and just hanged on the Samsung screen? If the latter occurred, try repeat the entire Odin process again.
Heya.
I repeated the process, but while it says "Blue Reset" it's still sits at the samsung logo. The only way to then reboot is to take the battery out and put it back in. Then when I press vol up+pwr+home; nothing happens except the logo. No recovery mode.
The only thing that I seem to have access to is the Downloading.

Flash stock ROM again with ODIN
Don't use CF AR to root again, some phones just brick like that
Flash TWRP recovery, then SuperSU from TWRP instead
As a title I have an S4 in bootloop. The phone is completely stock, suddenly turned off, entering bootloop.
I tried to format, first only the cache, later both data and cache, obviously from recovery stock, but I have not solved.
So with odin I flash only the stock firmware but it was not successful.
Then I tried a deep clean flash, again from Odin, PIT, Bootloader, PDA, Modem and CSC.
The flash was successful, but on reboot, usually freeze on the bootanimation. At most the "S" of the bootanimation appears, then the phone remains locked and restarts.
The phone goes both in recovery and in download mode, the LED works and is also recharged. It would seem a simple bootloop, but it is not unfortunately.
Tips? I do not know what to try ...
