Splanner from note 2?

Is there anyway to make the s planner apk from note 2 to work in note 3.
I have the apk but during installation it says cannot install.

I think its a system app..therefore you must push it into system/app directory

I copied it into the system/app directory but nothing happens.
Do I just copy the splanner.apk. & the Splanner.odex file or do I need to extract them ?

Someone please please help me to get the s planner from note 2 or note 8 to install on the note 3.

Just the apk. Also remember to set the right permissions and then reboot.

As am a noob at it, can you please how do I do it exactly?

I don't think there's a way doing it. l tried Copying it to system changed permission but it seems that It needs a different odex than the one In note 2 .

Will have to wait for a developer to work on this file to make it workable on our beloved Note 3

framework2.jar, sechardware.jar, smatlib.jar( framework)
Incallui.apk ( in app)
too much file and code........
u can download that file ( S4-9500) https://www.dropbox.com/s/aw3cj6qwugtcaag/S5_Telephone.zip ( dont flash to your note 3) and see, not eassy!!!

Can you explain to us what to do with this file and is it workable with Note 3?
