hi, i rooted my p8 lite, and after that, everytime it reboots, the huawei logo stays for few seconds and dissappears, ive tried to flash with fastboot but it didnt sork(
You just ruined your mobile just like me... huawei gies told me, that better buy a new than replacing the board.. because i have to replace the motherboard ... if you get any other waya to correct it pls let me also know .

Bruh! Just do this.
Open TWRP and Make sure you have 3.1.1.0 version.
Download any firmware for your phone and flash it with TWRP and done! Is that hard? P.s 3.1.1.0 TWRP can flash update.app file but it needs to be in zip file

Are there any custom recoveries for Huawei Y3ii (Huawei LUA-L02)? Can't seem to find any.
I think still no one have the custom recoveries for the y3ii. I got the same phone anyway.

I just flashed a TWRP .img to my Huawei Y3II (LUA-L02) but it only made my phone enter a boot loop.
I don't know how to fix it...
I'm guessing I'd need to go back to the 'stock recovery' but I don't know where to get the original .img file.
PLEASE HELP!!

Please Flash Stock Rom using SPFlashTools u can Find Stock Rom for Huawei y3-ii on boss rooms or search on Google. Well kinda hard to find the real 1. I have the same problems with u but I don't want make another problem so I go to the service center for Huawei, in my town.

Wow thank you so much for sharing that TWRP. I did manage to get a recovery going and the phone now does not reboot over and over. But it still does not start, just stops at Huawei image. I think I may need the stock firmware, but it is difficult to find for LUA-L02.
HI, i did a lot of mistakes and now i don't know what to do.
Now, i unbooted the phone, then i installed cyanogenmode13 but it had problems with sd card(pratically it didn't read the sd card).
So i started the twrp recovery i tryed to install this "VNS-L31C432B130" direct from there and it gave me an error, the phone rebooted and now it's bricked and idk what to do. PLS help me i'm desperate
Reboot to TWRP again
Wipe -> Format Data -> Type "yes"
Wipe -> Factory reset
Install CyanogenMod and GApps again

The only way to fix it is to get the system.img and boot.img from your VNS-L31 update.app and restore it via TWRP
How?
Pur the extracted img files in the meticulus folder on your sd card. Boot in Twrp and then click on "restore dump"
just find the oeminfo for your device and follow this guide (the part where he explains how to downgrade):

I don't think it's about the OEMINFO. The system.img is changed!
The only way to fix is to do the method i mentioned earlier!

wouldn't system.img be restored with the dload method? i thought system.img is what the rom itself is

By the way at the end the twrp wasn't the same of Meticulus cuz i tryed to mount an other firmware, it was the Erecovery(pratically useless) and only thing i could do was going in fastboot but i couldn't do anything so i went to the assistence. They told me that if they can they unlock this bringing it to the indrustrial system, the problem is, they can do it??? cuz if they can't they told me that they have to change the motherboard and i should pay for it. Now, do u think i have any chance??

Soo this time, I need some help. My mother owns an Gplay mini and because any stock way to update it was failing, I unlocked her bootloader and tried to flash the newest B596 from the general section. Flashing boot and recovery went fine, but system and cust just fails Everytime with an unknown error.
I can't boot anymore because I have the B596 boot image flashed. TWRP also didn't. It just wouldn't boot into the recovery and stay at the Huawei logo.
I know this is P8 Lite Section, but most G Play/Honor 4c users lurk around here because the honor 4c forums seems dead.

Do you have acces to Fastboot& Rescue Mode? Can you give me the log when running fastboot flash..... ?

Well, I found an old OTA and I was able to use the recovery and boot inside to boot back into my system. At this moment it's flashing an update. Cust is already written and system seems to works as well. I think I fixed my mistake. I tried to flash from 4.4. directly to 6.0. I will report back if I can get what I want.

Hey man thanks that you tried to help me. I'm fine now. I flashed an old recovery from an OTA I found. Then I was able to use force update to install an UPDATE.APP I had on my SD Card. Tbh I don't even know what exact version it was, turns out it was Honor 4c B570 Europe region. Im just glad that I do not need to tell my mother that I broke her phone. Her phone is now rocking the newest P8 Lite Firmware. After I booted into Marshmallow, I was able to install TWRP and it all went fine.

So I just bought a P8 Lite, the seller told me that after he updated android, it got bricked. I've been trying to install a new ROM via Fastboot, and all goes well, fastboot says that system.img was installed and everything, but when I try to boot it just stays the same.
I can't even enter EMUI with vol+ and power button.
I've tried like 3 different roms.
It's the single sim version.
Any ideas?
I'm from Mexico and the phone was with Unefon.

I've done it and I can't get into recovery mode, also, I think that it doesnt charge any more, when I connect it to the charger it starts to blink a red led.
I want to downgrade my phone from 6 to 5 but I don't have PC to recover TWRP so I ask everyone can send me system boot and cust imagies? I will appreciate that!
You have to flash transition firmware first otherwise you'll lose your IMEI.
P.s not worth downgrading.

2. Put your phone into fastboot mode (rescue).
3. Flash that cust.IMG
4. Reboot device.
5. Local update to any android 5 rom in Updater app

This is alot easier because only thing you have to do is flash the file, and done! I my case your method doesn't work, it don't mean it won't work at all, but some phones are dumb and don't want to accept new Cust file!
Why would you want to downgrade? Stock Marshmallow works great...
