It's a leaked rom, RIL is not working unless we replace the modem or modify build. prop. If you come from 5.1 don't forget to backup your efs using alka.

Try xiaomi.eu rom. It has inbuilt gapps, no useless Chinese apps and multilingual support.

I really like that device and I would buy it for sure, but before that I was wondering will the developers will be able to make Cyanogenmod for Helio processors? Cause I don't really like MIUI.

You can install latest beta/weekly xiaomi.eu custom ROM if you want latest MIUI features.

First, maybe u should ask this question in the MIUI Forum, not here. And if u are going to use xiaomi.eu keep in mind, that isn't a official ROM , it's community made.
