To be honest with you man, I didn't even know google still soldd new nexus ones. But, in my defense a used xbox and a used nexus one go for about the same price on eBay, however I do realize this is a longshot. I have an iPhone 4 I would like to trade with the 360, and would ultimately like to end up with a nexus one and an iPad.
I have a mint condition ATT Nexus One and am definitely interested in selling it... soon. Its lived in an Otter Box defender since it came out. Phone is in new-in-box condition. Its been fastboot unlocked, and I'll even install whatever rom you want before shipping. I have two OEM batteries for it... the dock (tried it once and then realized the headache with the otterbox case, the otterbox case, 4gb micro sd card, a few chargers). Its my second N1 (sold first one locally to someone who knows nothing about how to buy on their own). I bought this one on June 30, and its worked like a charm since.
It gets a compressed air bath weekly and then wiped with a lint free eye glass cloth before going back into the Otterbox (I change batteries weekly too).
I have no interest in an XBOX 360 though. If you like, make me a cash offer and we'll see what kind of ground we can cover.

Well to be honest, I'm not looking to invest anymore cash into a smartphone. I do have an iPhone 4, as stated above, but again, I'm trying to leverage the 360 and iPhone 4 to come up with an android device (nexus one) and an iPad. I'm interested though, let me know what you can/would do.

Xbox and nexus one do not go the same price on ebay. I can still sell my n1 and then buy an xbox with games and hdmi and still have 20 bucks left

the n1 is worth probably at least $300 more than your used xbox..
Used Xbox ~ $200

Square Trade has decided that my TF can't be repaired because the glass is not available and they don't know when it will be available - not good news for anyone else with broken glass. But they are going to send me $499 (I had the 32) and I'll buy another one (though probably a 16 this time). Does anyone think there are differences in stock at different retailers? My gut sense is to go with Amazon, since they probably have the highest turnover and might have newer stock but I'm not sure that even makes sense. I bought my original from NewEgg when they were first available so it was very much a first generation manufacturer. And had no problems at all except a small light bleed. TIA for any suggestions. - sheureka

I just ordered a 16 gb TF from Amazon and it came DOA. The screen would turn on but it was solid black and nothing would display. So I had to replace it. Amazon is shipping another one in the mail now and I am returning the one I got. The return process was painless but it's painful to wait so long to get it. I live on an APO address in Japan so I have to wait like 2 weeks.
I'd go with Amazon. If you don't get one you like, you can ship it back for free, which is awesome.
Also, if you have a student email-address, you can sign up for Amazon Prime for a year and get free 2-day shipping. So there.

I got two open box Note 10.1 2014 from Newegg two weeks ago and one open box from Tigerdirect this week. The wired thing is the seals were broken from both of sellers. I ordered a brand new one from them! I felt a little frustrated and tired of calling their custom service. By the way, I did replacement first time bought from Newegg. Then I did a refund second time. I did a refund for Tigerdirect too. All the refund claims are on their way now. I do not know if I am so picky? If you were me got an open box one, will you accept it? Is it acceptable?

I don't care as long as it doesn't look like it was used. My LG G Pad came in an open box.
It would bother me a little, but if the tablet works okay I wouldn't worry about it I did just buy one also that the seal was broken. Works fine though and no signs of use

Very often they break the seal just to add the electrical outlet plug for your country. Ordered mine from ebay and that's why the seal was broken.
