Am I ready to root?

Hi!
I plan on rooting and installing Rayglobe Flex 4 and here's what I've done so far and what I plan on doing:
I've downloaded the following:
IOroot21.zip
LG_G2_Backup_EFS.zip
FreeGee
PhilzTouch 6.11.6
ADT
LGModemdrivers
Rayglobe flex 4
I intend on rooting, installing TWRP with freegee, backing up EFS and storing it in a safe place then install Philzrecovery, make a nandroid, then proceed to flashing rayglobe and dorimanx kernel.
Did I miss anything or is there anything I should be particularly careful wwith?
Root first, then EFS backup, then the rest.

LG G2 D802 problem

installing a rom

hello i have a quick question. I want to install optimus rom .My question is in order to install the rom i must do a full wipe which is to wipe delcache/cache/ data/system. But on the lgg2 d800 all my apps and games are stored on the sdcard partition of the internal storage. if i wipe everything will it also wipe these apps ? i dont care if it does im just asking because in the past i dont think it did. I think the rom installed and all my apps were still taking of space on my storage but i wasnt able o access them.
Also if i download the rom file to my phone how am i supposed to install it if i have to wipe the phone out? Am i supposed to use lg flash tool to get my phone back to stock ( meaning unrooted ) and then reinstall a kk rom then recovery ,root, then a new rom?
i only ask this because it seems like everythime i install the stock tot kitkat rom file here on xda theres always some issue with it.
It is generally advised to wipe data/cache/dalvik when flashing a new rom. When wiping your installed apps, messages, settings etc are deleted. Everything on your internal storage is not however.
Download the appropriate files,(Rom, gapps, etc), wipe and flash.
You can backup all your apps before flashing with Titanium backup, backup+, helium and so on..
If you are on stock you will need to root and install a recovery.. You'll find the appropriate guides in the forum..
Good luck.

Delete old Roms

Hi .
I recently Bricked my phone (cloudy g2 3.3 and Was flashing Lineage OS 14.1) then I boot my phone into download mode and installed a stock rom after that i rooted the device and restore my last roms backup (cloudy g2 3.3 and the backup contains everything but Data So it was the ROM ) so i Restored this Backup 2 or 3 Times without a Full wipe now that i installed Lineage OS 14.1 my system Storage is 18GB and the device storage is 10.61 GB total and my G2 is 32 GB international. So i was Wondering how to fix this and delete those Roms and Its not a problem if i lose my current Rom and data
Thank you.
