I wanted to use disk encryption on my redmi 2 prime, but for the best use of this I would need the ARM ThrustZone where it's only available on ARMV8.
I guess no cause the kernel source is 32bit
But I think its possible. The Yu Yureka has the same processor and 64 bit kernel. Maybe it can be ported. But will require great knowledge and a team of developers. It isnt easy.

Redmi 2 prime is 64 bit in hardware. But stock miui is still 32bit. Are there any custom roms with 64 bit?? Please mention them.

ya there are...check roms sections ? there's one rom seems stable 64bit...rom by pirej aosp caf
I have a lenovo a6000 and in the app where it is supposed to tell if the phone is arm or arm64, it shows arm so i assumed that lenovo a6000 uses a 32 bit chipset which is why its called arm. However ive seen roms and recoveries which have a 64bit/arm64 in there title, does a6000 have 2 variants? one with arm the other with arm64? or am i doing something wrong? thanks or the help

Snapdragon 410 is built on 64 bit cpu architecture. It has both 32bit and 64 bit support. No two varients in terms of cpu exists.

Simply just choose one you want to install, if you choose arm Rom flash with TWRP for arm,if you choose arm64 Rom flash with TWRP for arm64 ,
Our processor sd 615 seems to support armv8 but apparently we don't have any kernel that supports armv8 !

First we need that lenovo give us drivers on 64 bits and then a kernel.. But with 7.1.1 is 32 bits so no gcam for us.. Unless someone wants to make a 64bit port, but it's very complicated..

To let some users here know, now we have little light with this device, snapdragon 625 is not hard hardware to understand. I hope some users here build custom kernel or new Build from Lineage OS. We Have same devices with drivers from SD 625, problably we can port ? I hope so.

It say redmi 7a is 64 bit but the os run is 32 bit i'm using global stable now then i want to change my global rom to any custom rom that is 64bit , anyone can suggest what will i do?
The 64Bits system is too much for the Redmi 7A and his 2GB of RAM, that's bc Xiaomi use 32Bits system is this device
why redmi 4a / 5a only have 2gb ram but runs in 64bit os
actually no, many devices with 2gb ram use 64bit OS, its more fluid than a 32bit system in a 64bit cpu.
