As the title says, with this guide you can control your phone directly from your PC..

Now lets see how to do it...
STEP 1.ownload and install the software called airdroid either from the attatchement or from play store..(Its free)
STEP 2.:Connect both your phone and pc with the wifi network..
STEP 3.:Now open the app and in your notification bar you will get URL link like 192.168.bla.bla.bla.
Paste that URL in your favorite browser in your pc or laptop.(I recommend Google Chrome)
STEP 4.:Now you will be asked to enter the password in your browser..
Dont worry just go to connection tab in airdroid, you will see a password..
Type that in the link and you are good to go..
STEP 5.:Have fun and press THANKS...

I use a simple way:
Open http://web.airdroid.com/ on my web browser on PC and just scan a QR Code with mobile app

Yes that is a simpler way but it is less secure as you can read in the airdroid homepage..

I agree with that, but only if you are using public network. With home network that isn’t problem.

Retail Mode For those who need it off ?[No root required-Works on US models]

Ok so in this post I will be explaining how to disable or enable retail mode on your LG G6. I don't really care how you got your hands on a retail device but who cares you have it let's just get this over with :fingers-crossed:
STEP 1: Download this app. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sika524.android.quickshortcut
STEP 2: Open the app and from the activities tab scroll down till you find LG Server. Select it and a submenu will appear with 2 more options.

Step 3: Select the one that has refers to retail mode. Then hit try to open the activity.
Step 4: Enable or disable retail mode?

Hello, this doesnt work for me, when i hit TRY, i get message on the bottom saying: NOT SUPPORTED REATILMODESERVICE IN LDU.
Any idea?

I tested it on My G6 with Sprint. This could be an issue with other carriers and how they set retail mode on their devices.

Tested on LG G6 870 DS is also not working !!!!!

Black Screen, no download mode

Hi, guys can you help me with a littel advice! Like i wrote in title i have a Samsung J5 (SM-J500F) it was bought second hand and was already with a custom rom. Last night i setup my alarm and i put him to charge but this morning my alarm doesn't ring....when i look at the phone it was a message: "Custom binary blocked by FRP. Secure Fail Kernel" The problem it's after i download the original firmware install Odin3 and flash the phone.

Now my phone don't work, all i can see it's a black screen and nothing work's, no download menu, can't connect to Odin.....can i save the phone or just stay 2 months and buy a new phone. I found this pdf any of you know if it's a scam or it's actually true ?

Don't know much about Samsung phones but mine can not boot into download mode using Home+Vol.Down+Power anymore.
However, it works if I do the following:
1) Open Odin
2) Power off device
3) Hold Power+Vol.Up+Vol.Down, while doing this plug in your cable.
4) Maybe you have to long press Vol.Up now
4) Odin should detect phone and phone should be in download mode
Don't know if that still works since I'm refering to my Samsung Galaxy Ace GT-S5830i which is really old (highest official Android OS was 2.3.6).
If it doesn't work, someone else may help you.

How to disable Forced Android 11 update on Galaxy s10 plus?

I recently bought a used Galaxy s10 Plus and it came with Android 10. But it suddenly started forcing a bunch of updates that I could only postpone with the message saying it would automatically install them on a certain date. This happened several times all the way up to the device Forcing me to install Android 11. Problem is my Battery life significantly decreased after all the updating. My SOT went down around 2 to 2.5 hours from when it was running on Android 10.
I can return the item and request an exchange within 25 days no problem but if I do this I need to be sure how to disable the force updates on my new device so the same issue doesn't occur. Can anyone tell me how to disable automatic force updates? Only option I had was to postpone them but the device still automatically forced the update.

Tap build number 5 times. And enter the password or pin if it asks you for it.

That's strange I did this already since I searched online for a solution but it still gave me the updates.
