[Q] unroot if bootloader locked?

i read somewhere that if u root and unlock ur bootloader, then lock ur bootloader again, and do an update, it would unroot the device, is that true?

i'm stuck on 182.46..15.xt907.verizon.en.us with locked bootloader
i have seem xt907 bootloader unlocked and rooted on youtube
can i flash the 183.46.10.xt907.verizon.en.us firmware on my phone and then can i root it and unlock the bootloader via tovelroot method?
if yes, then can anyone provide me the link to the firmware cause droid-developers site is been shutted down and i cannot get any other way of getting the firmware

No - you can not downgrade with a locked bootloader.

Can i unlock bootloader without rooting?

I am trying to change my Note 3 (SM-N900K) firmware but first when i try to flash the recovery after the flashing the recovery did not change what should i do?

You must unlock the bootloader first!

are there any other application or an easier way to unlock bootloader without rooting?

I am not familiar with the n900k but using an app to unlock the bootloader if the bootloader is not locked will probably brick the phone.
Are you booting right into the custom recovery as soon as you flash it? If you flash recovery and just reboot to the rom, the stock recovery will overwrite the custom recovery.

If you lock bootloader with root you will just get bootloop. So dont do that.
