i have a lenovo a6000 , its rooted superSU installed ,
i have stock kitkat rom , i rooted it , then i installed device id changer , xposed , , xprivacy ,hide my root , root cloak , every thng is check marked in xposed .
when i change device id it is not getting changed .
Plz tell me what can be the cause ...
m i missing something ?? iam on kitkat 4.4.4 stock rom which is rooted and recovery is custom tWRP

After i upgraded a friends I9500 to Official Lolipop , he complained about crashing apps, and other sutff like that , and he ask me to revert lolilpop to stock version . I do the downgrade with odin , i flashed a south african rom, which is allowed for downgrading , ( 4.2.2 i guess ) , everithing worked fine until the phone booted and see there`s null imei , baseband version , etc. After doing some researches, trying to flash other stock rom ( like 4.3 or 4.4 with no succes ) , flashing modem a few times , trying the method with efs backup ( even if i haven`t make any backup before downgrading ) , I get a fake imei and that`s all and still cant use the phone to make calls.
My Q is , how can i revert the original imei for I9500 ?? Need urgent help !

Reflash lollipop modem/firmware and you get imei back.
Then you can use this if you want downgrade

hello guys im quite new with this samsung grand prime (Im interested in knowing how to root it also,kindly help me good people ) i kept checking system update but it says phone is up to date ??

The Kernel version you mentioned is wrong. Secondly if it's saying that it'll be upto date as for your region.
Search in the threads you'll find the TWRP recovery for this variant, flash it nd flash the supersu. After that debloat your rom nd take a backup of data, factory reset the device completely nd now you're good to go.

Thanks for reply ,, i tried cf auto root and when the download by oden begin then it intrupted ,i saw a thread aboud deactivating samsung account (auto relock or something like that) ..i will remove it and then trying again to root by cf auto root .

I deactivate "reactivation lock" in security tab .and its work . I root it in 10 sec.
But i still have a question can rooting by cf auto root allows me to instal costum roms?!!
Yes and no .
A custom recovery is also required .
The simplest way to install a custom ROM would be to install TWRP via Odin. Installing via Odin does not require root access.
Thanks guys for helping me and I'm sorry for late reply I was in vacation ..everything is good now I rooted it very well and installed twrp ,I start using CyanogenMod 12.1 and it work well .I tried first cm 13 but it has issues like no sound in calls I tried to find solution for that but didn't work . so I installed cm 12.1 and I didn't noticed much differences between them so I'm happy with this cm 12.1 . thanks Again ur the best. I'm on 4.4.4 now , with frp unlocked and disabled , and I want to unlock the bootloader , but i can't gain root acces , i tried with kingroot , but nothing ,after a reeboot the root status is again locked .
I tried also with , cp-root odin flash, but i found the cp file only for 6.0.1 , and because i try to use it on 4.4.4 i soft brycked the device , but since download mode worck's i will reflash the room .
But here i don't know wahat to do , to reflash the 4.4.4 or to flash 6.0.1 ?
On 6.0.1 the boot loader can be unlocked ? How ?
How to unlock the bootloader on 4.4.4 ? ( I don't find anny specific method)
How to make a permanent root , on both rooms ?
( I don't care about knox or warranty)
My goal is to have unlocked bootloader and the lateest twrp recovery to install custom room and stuf )
