1. Chinese PLK-UL00 Android 5.1.1 (Developer edition) but update failed
2. Chinese PLK-UL00 B188 Android 5.0 but Update Failed.
Any reason?
The Chinese 16 GB model supports Dual SIM, the Indian one doesn't. So I am not entirely sure that Chinese firmware will be compatible with Indian ones. The EU and Chinese firmwares have more in common
Hi guys. I have a Samsung Galaxy J5 (6) [SM-J510F/DS] PLpurchased from Kuwait. It's an UAE version. I brought it for use in India on Reliance Jio 4g network. Unfortunately the device doesn't support VoLTE despite having the Qualcomm chipset which I guess is same aboard the Indian J5 (2016) models. Samsung UAE customer support informed my phone doesn't have VoLTE. Is there anyway I can make it work? Like installing an Indian firmware 'coz my phone is running stock Rom and firmware . I checked for any OTA updates and none was available. I am in a dilemma now coz I came back from a Lumia to Android and I am stuck with just 4g coz of some manufacturer policy. Please help guys.

VoLTE is based on software according to me. So you can try your luck with an Indian firmware. However i can't guarantee if it will work that way if there is a difference between your phone chipset and standard phone chipset.
There is no Indian ROM

you cant have volte on a phone that doesnt support it.
Please anyone. Can J320F russia firmware for J320G device ?. Both DualSim devices, because I have a J320G device for very long firmware update. so i want to try J320F firmware, updates every month.

No, because the J320G model has a Qualcomm processor while the J320FN model has a Spreadtrum SC9830 processor (I think)
Brought this US ver. SM-T350 to China and noticed that Google and all the google framework were not accessible behind the great firewall. Sammy does sell another variant of Galaxy TabA 8 incher SM-T350NZWACHN in Mainland China. Question is, can I simply Odin the Chinese official fw into this tab? I assume the Chinese variant has taken care of the google issue (providing alternative).

I have SM-T580 and SM-P580, region is not an issue in Wifi model. I did flash Korean, Hongkong, Germany...etc. on my tablets without any problem as I could choose English is my language in the first page of setting up the tablet.
When Nougat was available in Korea or Germany, I flashed the firmware to experience with new OS. Then when US version was available, I flashed back the US firmware.
