Somebody know any way to root this model???
I need to use this phone with another carrier, but to change the network mode I need root permisions.
I tryed kingroot, kingoroot, towelroot and others but does not work.

does anyone have any help with this i need to do the same thing???? i csnt seem to find anything on how to root this device. i see alot of varrents of the j3 but not the verizon version.. please someone help!!!

Ok I have the J3 prime through metro pcs. I don't have a computer. But I have true every one touch root program. And nothing has worked. Anyone know of something that will root this phone. I'll put in specs if it helps. Thank you.

Honestly I think I'm too stupid to find tutorials on how to root this S8, it's because from my experience I could easily find tutorials on how to root phones but not this one. I have found some but got sceptical when I saw a reddit post on why I shouldn't use that certain tutorial.
I want to root my phone to use certain apps, by the title you can tell that I have Galaxy S8 Duos SM-G905FD. I would really appreciate the help with getting the links to trusted tutorials. And also I got a question, how do I know if my phone has unlocked bootloader or not and do I need to unlock bootloader to root and change my rom?

Enable OEM unlock in developer settings, then do this.

Devices with a 7 at the end are usually carrier branded and often have locked bootloaders so not rootable.
However there is a roundabout way to achieve root depending how much you need it?
Is it possible to root this device ? or impossible ??
