Note 3 sm-n9005 stuck in boot(not loop) after xposed flashing. - Galaxy Note 3 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi. Goodday and i want to start of by thanking everybody for reading this and taking your time in advance.
My problem is very clear. I have rooted my phone with odin. Installed the recovery from TRMP?(ik think that's what it's called). Flashed the ROM CyangenMod 12.1. Now i tried flashing the Xposed software which is not a problem (i wipe dalvik before hand). After a reboot and then letting my phone boot up, i just keeps the boot up animation going for around 5 minutes. Didn't try longer then that. After that i booted in recovery again an flashed the uninstalled Xposed and me phone boots normally again (not taking into account it has to optimise the apps again which makes sense after a dalvik whipe).
Any ideas on a solution? Any information you might need ect. Ps, i am not super skilled or anything. I understand a little more then thr basics and thats it.
Again, thanks for your time and help!!

[Q] ReBoot Loop Defy+

Edit: solved
Hi, im having a small problem, every time i turn on my Defy+, it shows bootanimation, finish booting and reboots itself again, infinetly, it used to do that since a long time, but after 15 minutes i was able to use the phone normally, but now im on an infinite booting loop, im running the motorola stock 2.3.5 rom :good: with bootmenu and custom recovery, please i would use advices for what to do to boot without loosing data ( data reset ), can i wipe cache? Any tool in bootmenu i could use... My idea is to boot phone without loosing apps and app data, i suppose this happens because i downloaded too many apps in the BEST ROM EVER :silly:, but well, if you know how to boot and keep my apps and app data, please tell me.
Sorry for bad english
Try wiping cache in Stock Recovery, don't wipe data if you don't want to loose anything.
If you're lucky enough you'll boot into rom again, grab this chance and uninstall every app you think it's affect your phone. The more the better.
But if no luck...Cry a bit and do a data wipe in Stock Recovery.
Installing too much apps will result to this, whatever phone/rom you're using.
Solved
:victory::victory: In the 20 seconds I can use the phone, I uninstalled apps, and now it's working ok :victory:

[Q] Doesn't boot

Hello,
I've got a problem with my gt-i9505.
I've managed to root the phone and install TWRP.
So i decided to install CM10.2 (21-08) and the right gapps for it.
Everything worked very good and I couldn't be happier.
All my apps were back and it was ready to use it!
I turned off the phone and went to sleep.
The next day i turned it on and it got stuck on the bootscreen (not the CM bootscreen, but the SAMSUNG GALAXY S4 bootscreen).
So I tried to do factory reset and install rom again, gapps again, afterwards again wipe dalvik and cache.
But i keep having the same problem. Right now after flashing the rom it doesn't even boot up the first time.
I also tried going back to 10.1, but same problem.
I don't know what to do, i just got my s4. Really hope i can fix it.
Luckily i can enter the recovery. But i didn't do a backup or anything.
Does anyone have any tips on how to get it working again?

Hi,
Look HERE
Put everything back to stock then, try again.
I found some 10.2 ROMS do not like rebooting, and just hang.
Remove the battery and try again normally worked.

Thanks for replying
I followed the instructions and succesfully installed the official stock rom for my device and region.
But it's still stuck at the samsung boot screen.
And now i can't boot into TWRP anymore either, is that correct?
After that I flashed with the .pit file. But still stuck on bootscreen.
Is there any other way to solve this problem?
idgaf about custom roms or CM10.2 anymore, i just want my phone to work.
Wether it's with custom or with stock firmware.
Really hope I didn't break my phone. :crying:
EDIT:
I wiped cache after flashing, but no data wipe/factory reset. That did the trick.
God i can't be happier my phone finally works again. Now i'm scared to flash a custom rom again. I think i need to install TWRP or CWM again too I'll just wait for now.

[Q] Nexus 4 - booting - takes a very long time

My Nexus 4 was running on Android 5.0(Stock,Rooted). I installed the Xposed framework for Lollipop and few other modules for it. Initially things were working fine, but after installing few additional modules, the boot process started taking a long time than usual(30 mins to even 1 hr). The very first time it happened, I thought that my phone went into boot loop, but after some 20-30 mins it booted into the Android runtime. But from then on, every reboot has been such a pain the ass.
When the Factory Image for the 5.1.1 was released, I flashed it using the steps mentioned in http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-4/general/how-to-how-to-flash-factory-image-t2010312
But still I'm facing the same problem(the boot process is taking a very long time). So, I think it doesn't have anything to do with the Xposed Framework/Modules.
Has some one else faced similar problem? If so can you please provide some pointers on how I should go about solving this problem?
Try installing a custom recovery again, like TWRP, and then going in and manually doing a factory reset, along with wiping your Dalvik cache, and formatting the system partition on your phone. Then, try installing 5.1.1 again or install a custom ROM. It's possible some of the Xposed framework stuff got left on there.

SM-N9005 Bootloop after wiping sdcard (Help!)

I'm, sure some of the members here have heard it a hundred times before but I'm struggling to find a solution for it, any help would be appreciated, thanks.
For all intents and purposes, assume I am your grandmother, that's how much of a noob I am at this stuff. That being said I have flashed once or twice before, last time I softbricked it as well and found a solution on here. I was running SlimKat but tried to flash Aryamod using the instructions here ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-note-3/development/rom-aryamod-v1-tw-lollipop-t2990920 ) The instructions said to wipe the internal card and this is where I messed up, I wiped SDCard1 (Which I now realise is the external sd card?) and in doing so clockworkmod crashed, and it just said something along the lines of "failed" over and over. I was forced to remove the battery and reboot. Now it won't boot past the Samsung GN3 logo (but also shows "KERNEL IS NOT SEANDROID ENFORCING; set warranty bit : kernel") I've tried using odin to install the rom I tried last time I softbricked it but to no avail. I'm downloading the official rom from Samsung but it's taking hours so in the meantime just thought I'd pose the question here. It goes into both Download and Recovery Mode but I haven't been able to load a new rom using Odin, Odin passes but it stays in the bootloop. I've tried clearing caches/partitions in Recovery Mode.
I'm sure it's just a noob issue and hopefully an easy fix so I apologise for wasting anyone's time, thanks again.
Put back the arya rom zip into sdcard and flash the rom.
Sent from my SM-N920C
In Odin, uncheck everything except f.reset time. Connect the phone and flash a stock rom. When you see the word reset in the status window, remove USB cable from phone, remove battery, wait 5 seconds, replace battery, boot into recovery, wipe data and cache, reboot.

[TWRP] unable to wipe cache/format Samsung SM-G900H

Hi everyone,I got in deep serious **** while trying to decrpyt my Samsung S5, which is encrypted using its official settings app. It was showing android logo while decrypting for almost 2 and a half hours. Then I think the device froze since it was taking so long in comparison to encryption that apporximately take 15 minutes max. So I removed the battery and restarted it and UNLUCKILY got the message while starting that decyption interrupted, do Factory reset. Now whenever the TWRP recovery trying to wipe the data, it fails. IF ANYONE know how to restore the phone, Please tell me.
Thanks in advance :good:
