Well. I recently hard resetted my phone and rooted it via KingRoot (unlocked bootloader) because i was too lazy to use twrp again. Then i downloaded SuperSu me and replaced kingroot with supersu. Everything working fine. Then i updated the binaries and as the popup said i restarted my phone, but now Im stuck in a bootloop... Already tried to wipe cache and do a factory reset, both didnt work. I can enter the Huawei Recovery, but i cant enter fastboot. Installing a stock firmware (using power button + vol up and down) stucks at 90% for more than 10 hours.

After installing and uninstalling safestrap, i wanted to do a factory reset and try all over but now it boots into fastboot mode and fails. RSD lite also fails at stage 6. I then have to power it down and it boots up normally. How do I fix my phone to stock with no root?
I did an OTA update of Lollipop on my nexus 4, it got stuck on the 'installing system update' for about an hour, so I tried to restart the phone and it loaded the new lollipop animation, but got stuck there for 20 minutes, so i restarted it and it still didn't want to load into Lollipop, so I went into the bootloader and hit recovery and it came up with 'installing system update' again and still gets stuck. when i'm in the recovery, it won't recgonise vol + and power button press to do a factory reset, it just does nothing. my computer also doesn't recgonise the device... is there anything I can do?
Thanks!
Start into bootloader and try to flash the factory image via fastboot.
boot to fastboot and flash a custom recovery. you can use twrp or cwm to do a standard factory reset and you should be fine.
I have a Huawei P9 Lite and i have installed twrp and android 7.0 on it. Now I want to install Google assistant, but when i try to boot in twrp recovery (volume down + power b) it shows me the screen where it says ''Installing update'' and then freezes at 5 % so i have to hold my power button to power off the phone.
If I dont try to run in the twrp, phone works just fine.
I apologize for my bad english.
Hi there,
I will move your thread in the correct forum dedicated to Huawei P9 Lite for more relevant answers.
Good luck
Bump..
Just to state that I am in the same boat here; as I am facing the same issue. Here's what happened in my case (using a guide found here at XDA-Developers):
-- unlocked the bootloader
-- booted to bootloader and flashed twrp
-- used adb to reboot to recovery (adb reboot recovery)
-- used twrp recovery to flash nougat update (two zip files, one ~1300mb and second ~680mb)
-- had some errors that were expected, the guide said ignore them and reboot after both zips have been flashed.
-- the flash overall was successful as the phone booted in emui 5 with android nougat. However, there was no virtual keyboard; so decided to do a factory reset
-- rebooted to recovery, but this time, the phone booted to huawei erecovery
-- did a factory reset, but to no avail
-- now, i can't boot into twrp to flash anything else. booting into bootloader and using fastload to flash recovery image is successful, but the phone does not boot to twrp recovery; remain stuck on "your phone is booting up" (or something similar).
My phone is not bricked, as basic telephony, wifi and built-in apps are working fine. But, without a keyboard, its pretty useless for everyday use. Any help in this matter will be appreciated.

This seems helpful; but how can I flash recovery if I can't boot to fastboot?
[Update] Oh, got to fastboot, trying the suggested recovery now.
Fixed
Fixed using the suggestion above. Thanks.
Friends,
I got a problem with my v9 ( DUK-TL30 ) , I tried to install TWRP but unfortunately messed up.
Initially, it worked great few minutes, then I was installing zip rom and data formatted and rebooted.
That's it, after that, I tried to install stock recovery and TWRP but did not work. TWRP Installed through ADB, everything seemed good but could not boot up. No Rom inside, so relocked back and this was the biggest mistake I did, after that stuck at EMUI logo with circle, now cannot go fast boot or recovery.
Is there any possibility of rebooting? I tried varies Rom by dload but nothing is working, I feel recovery is corrupted so it not recognizing dload file.
please help me ..Thanks
Same with GR3 2017 (PRA-LX2)
I think I have the same problem. On EMUI 8 (Oreo). This is what happened to me.
1. Unlocked BL
2. Flashed TWRP
3. Boot in Recovery and edited /vendor/etc/fstab.hi6250 (as I remember) to remove encryption
4. Wiped /data
5. Tried to add SD card as internal (using sm partition private ....) - Did not work as intended
6. Flashed Recovery_Ramdis.img (thought it was the correct img, but seems wrong version)
7. Without checking if recovery flash is successful by booting into recovery, Locked BL.
8. Rebooted to Factory reset, but instead EMUI in a circle without any progress.
9. Rebooted holding power key
9.1 Vol Down -> Same
9.2 Vol Up -> Same
9.3 Vol Up + Down -> Same
9.4 Vol Down + Power -> Same
9.5 Vol Up + Power -> Same
9.6 Vol Up + Down + Power -> Same
10. The phone switched off after battery drain.
11. Connected to charger, Phone started to Lock screen. When unlock (swipe) "Andriod is Starting"for hours.
12. Rebooted. Again EMUI in Circle
13. After battery drain recharged and boot into "Android is Starting". Connected to ADB and adb restart bootloader -> Same EMUI in Circle
14. After battery drain recharged and boot into "Android is Starting". Connected to ADB and adb restart recovery-> Same EMUI in Circle
Anyone can help?
Hi there,
I got a problem with updating my M3 Lite: First I unlocked the bootloader, installed TWRP 3.2.0-0 and then lineage-16.0-20191112-UNOFFICIAL-bach.zip without Gapps. Booted into Lineage and everything went fine.
After that I installed via TWRP version 3.3.1-0 of TWRP and rebooted into TWRP. Then I reset the M3 and installed via Fastboot TWRP 3.3.1-3 and tried to reboot into TWRP but had no luck. Now I'm stuck with the screen saying "Your device has been unlocked and can't be trusted". Wether I try to boot with holding Volume Up or Volume Down, I always got back to that screen. Unfortunatly I can't even get into Fastboot mode.
Did I brick my M3 Lite or has somebody a clue how to fix that bootloop?
same problem here
Same here, would love to hear if anyone has any info on this!
Hi !
If you can't put your device in TWRP, I guess that there's is no way to recover your device. Unfortunately it happens also to me with two different Huawei devices ... I fixed my devices after I googled about unbrick Huawei tools, there's 2 or more tools which are able to fix your device, but unfortunately they are not free.
Bring them to Huawei's service center
