[PLK-L01] Honor 7 OTA Update b140

B140 update just release in France, is seems that the SMS and double notifications are fixs.
And new camera app, with more features like : grid, document scan, horizon line, new gallery, pro settings (ISO, EV, AV...)

Apparently just 1000 peoples get this update this afternoon, and the rest in the next week.
I 'm not in this first round. If I get this update I'll try to upload my dload folder.

you just stay rooter but we must have the recovery stock.
The best to benefit from OTA update is not to be rooter or have custom recovery.

can try to redownload the full package
under updater -> menu -> doanload latest full package

So ive flashed this great thing of rom
Without the mx4 full power app, the antutu scored about 41000 .. With power app it scored 60000 points.. But even without the full power app the rom is smooth as hell ...

The app is redicilous... If you want it here is it:

Use it with care.. First mode is performance.. The lower the more efficient with battery life i think.. But i can not speak chinease.. So I don't know.

Do the camera manual settings work good with this ROM (ISO, Exposure compensation, Shutter delay, 4K movies)? Thanks in advance!

Yes i don't understand if Meizu eqs on the phone don't works or this terrible audio (in headphones) depends of others kind of files try xposed module or others app for equalize the sound

In twrp 3.0.0.0-1 you can select the option to install an image and then select the image type (vendor, bootloader, radio, etc.)

Strange, in the end you only have a modem set. Installed by recovery, toolkit or adb? What have you done? If you have not solved, try to put the TWRP Recovery 3.0.0.1, and then make a date format, reboot and see if it reads the files and otg

You simply can not with the TWRP image file radio. You can flashre with toolkits or adb here is a screen of what you can put TWRP

i am able to hide navigation but we have been talking about this before on the forum, the people who did loose that function moving from lollipop to marshmallow was those who did do factory reset. If you get it back in future updates I do not know.

Icons looks now better, they have no longer any background plate

Ok,thanks. But we don' t know if being on b571 and doing a factory reset (for whatever reason) will result in loosing this chance again,like in b560...that' s my point. I' ll wait a little longer to see if someone face this case.

this is not a samsung phone, do not do factory reset ever on a huawei phone atleast until otherwise is said , as for now it is not safe and maybe not even a necessary step

Thanks. But last time I was forced to do that. The QI charging method wasn't working anaymore (in B560) therefore I tried a factory reset. Then, no QI charging and no hidden function...****...

the new firmware seem little bit more faster the last one but again that is usually the case from a freshly installed firmware.
