[Q] samsung galaxy y cannot go to download mode

hey guyz i need help please help me.... my samsung galaxy y cannot go to download mode after i press home+volume down+power the phone still go to its logo and then its restarted again... until remove the battery it will off.. i will reflash it using odin but this is my problem i cant go for download recovery mode... now i cant fix it please help me i dont know what to do....

Try the following
open odin on pc
remove everything from phone (sd card battery simm)
connect phone to pc via cable
hold the buttons to go into download mode (battery removed still)
as your holding the buttons insert the battery

[Q] I can't put my gt-9500 into download mode. Any suggestions?

I have this Galaxy s4 gt-9500 that won't go into the download mode by no means. Recovery is alright, however when I press the combination of buttons the phone won't go into download, but instead start booting up. I have tried jig and it did not help either.
Any help would be very much appreciated, thanks.

If there is something wrong with your download mode and if it's software
related then there is an easy fix for it.
If you have a custom recovery like cwm/twrp in your phone and if your phone
is already rooted then then all you need to do is to flash just about any i9500
compatible custom rom like the OMEGA rom.
Just about all the custom roms have a really nice shutdown feature so when you
press the power button for a couple seconds it comes up with a nice menu with
a few options including "download mode"!!!
If the phone goes into download using that feature then it also should go into
download mode using the button combination in your phone.
So if you still cannot get into download mode using the buttons it means that
the phone has hardware problems when trying to go into download mode.

Thank you for your reply, however as it appeared - this phone is fake, even though according to the IMEI it shows up as geniune. Hence all the problems with download mode and being rooted from the first day.
Problem solved.

[Q] Having trouble root'ing

Hey
After updating my S5 to the laste software (15 may). Im having trouble root'ing my phone again.
When i try to put my phone into recovey mode I get a new screen then I use to get, when rooting. (see Attach File)
Im not sure what option to use. So if anyone plz can help, I be gretfull

you're doing it in wrong way bro, you have to switch to "download mode", not "recovery mode"
power off your device, then hold these 3 buttons at a time: power button + home button + down volume

[Q] LG G2 wifi is not working, download mode, recovery mode both has error

HELP ME GUYS
MY lg g2 is running on LOLLIPOP CUSTOM ROM 5.0.1
THIS HAPPEN WHEN I FLASH THIS ROM ON TWRP RECOVERY
AFTER INSTALL I ACCIDENTALY REMOVE THE BATTERY, I immediately put it back
the installation continues and finished
BUT after installation
i found out that my wifi si not working it remain on the
TURNING WIFI-ON BUT it doesnt work
ill try to REBOOT my phone but doesnt fix the issue
I TRY TO FACTORY RESET ON MY SETTINGS
* IT SHUTDOWN AND HERES WHAT APPEARS
ON A GREY SCREEN
DEMI GOD CRASH HANDLER
DOWNLOAD MODE PRESS VOLUME+
REBOOT PHONE PRESS VOLUME -
I TRY TO RETURN MY ROM TO STOCK
BUT I CANNOT ENTER INTO DOWNLOAD MODE
I OFF THE PHONE, HOLD PRESS VOLUME UP AND INSERT CHORD AND THIS WHAT APPEARS
INTO THE TOP LEFT CORNER
[1330] Fastboot mode started
[1440] -reset--
[1450] -portchange-
[1460] -reset-
[1470] -portchange-

sm-j530f wont open after flash

I flashed sm-j530f and now all the possible combination to get into recovery and download mode. Can someone help. Thanks in advance

Try pressing the power and volume down button together and then once you feel a vibration or something flash. Press now the download mode buttons.
Try also to check if you still have remaining battery life.
