Does anyone else have this problem with Filmic Pro for Android on their Galaxy S7 Edge? I'm not sure if this problem just affects the edge or if it affects the regular S7 as well. For some reason, when I record in 4k, the image gets squished vertically. I have no idea why this happens and have tried a multitude of settings to fix it. The regular camera app for the S7 works just fine.
The image is not squished during recording. Only during playback.
Here is a screengrab.

That beer can should be round, not oval.
Any ideas? I have tried everything, even used different aspect ratios with crop on or off. Nothing seems to fix this issue.

I'll try to shoot a short film with sgs2 in next few weeks. Managed to attach it to my dslr rig and sound will be recorded via zoom h4n & ntg2 shotgun mic. I did a quick test today with lgcamera because that is the only one that I found that had infinity/macro focus option, but no ISO settings. The stock camera is practically unusable because of the continuous focus. But lgcamera had a lot of problems and the videos know to end up with glitches and freezes sometimes. Is there a camera app or modified stock camera that has focus settings (auto/infinity/macro)? I'm on non-rooted sgs2, int version.
Here is the test video
and here is the rig

Hello everybody.
I just bought note 4, but i found a stupid issue, the g-sensor in camera is wrong calibrated.
When i hold the phone vertically, the spot in surround mode or virtual tour shows wrong place.
P.S.
My device is new without root.
Tried other same devices, same issue. Others doesn't.
I tried sensor calibration apps. No result.

It's not in the wrong place, it just wants you to hold the camera level (where the dot is).
Thanks. I know... but it must be vertically. I used this function on other devices. I think it's wrong calibration of sensors

Just slap ur phone in the back, sometimes when u drop ur phone from low height, it displaces the sensors, slapping however seems weird, works.
Guys since yesterday my phone takes at night these kind of pictures to much light how can I get rid of this.

Clean your camera lens/glass.

Has anyone the same problem because my problem still persist, is this maybe a camera sensor problem ?
My s7 edge also got this problem. Mostly night time, and lights is blurry and leaving a trail. Try open camera and it's still there. Could it be hardware problem?
Actually it might be caused by scratches on the camera lens.
I had a similar problem with my LG G4.
I recently switched from the 6T to 8Pro. The phone is amazing overall. It performs well in all aspects. Though i love the back camera, the front camera has been causing issues. I am usually on video call with my friends through the day during lockdown. The front camera though gives a more natural colour to my skin..but it seems to be darker as compared to the 6T.
Now my friends ask me to get back the old phone, which cannot be the case for me... obviously.
Is it only me???? Because i couldn't find any such threads...ANYWHERE!!
