The hardware supports it, but it was never available with any rom (techically there was SOME work on getting it to work on 2.1, but it was abandoned on 2.2 since they explicitlly turned all of it off)
Unless you're really skilled at hacking the drivers and writing a lot of new ones it's not happening
I know this is stupid. But since I saw Microsoft surface tablet feature the same tegra processor. Would it be possible for our nexus 7 to run window rt or window 8 pro too?

Been discussed in multiple threads. RT could theoretically work, assuming that someone put a substantial amount of time and effort into it and wasn't worried about potential legal repercussions. Win 8 is not designed to run on ARM processors.

The only problem I see is that the usb on the N7 is reversed compared to the Note 2 or GS3..so the screen will face backwards. It will connect via Bluetooth though... You just can't dock it.
I have the da-e650. Same just no flashy tubes
.... I have to return some videotapes....
Just wondering since iOS 7 is now being released as a 64 bit operating system, whether they are playing catch up to android or whether they are taking a step ahead... not that it makes too much difference I guess, but just interested
Pretty sure it is 32 bit. Is 64 bit really even needed on a phone?
