BUGS/ISSUES - 1.Sensors not working

Wait is over!!!
I was following the ROM's development on G+ and was waiting for a build for cancro. Finally 3.0 is here. Will flash tomorrow and provide the feedback.

Ok, firt of ...... WOW! 0_o
This rom is ultrafast and ultra smooth. Unbelivable! It has a sh*t ton of customization options, frankly speaking, it is absurd lol. I think there are more options than there were in LP!! It blows anything out of the water regarding customization options. Supersu, kernel adiutor, system app remover and wakelock blocker built in; notification drawer customization a la LP, default theme is very dark (you can select light theme), no layers - cmte (for those that are interested); no snap camera...
There are a couple of bugs:
-network is stuck at 2G, maybe a reboot will fix it - did not try
-sensors not working
-display menu in settings is not fully visible (scroll to te bottom and you will see what i mean), and vibration control does not trigger a menu
-some minor graphical inconsistencies throughout the menus
This is it after about 45 min of use, in my opinion a totally awesome rom :good::good:

hi. thanks to dev for this awesome rom. i got problem with open nano gapps. so tried with banks dy gapps. all is well.
sensors not working. so far so good. will wait for update whenevar it comes.

The notification icons are all white, add contact button is all single colour. Airplane mode icon missing while airplane mode is activated.

¿Anyone had any issue trying to pair the Mi phone with this rom with Mi band 1s? I tried everything (scanning with BlueScan, connecting directly via BT Settings... No way...)
By far the rom is quite good, smooth and I'll try his battery in the next days ;D

Sorry for the double post, but I've observed that trying to add a security pin in settings makes FC. It's the only problem that I've seen by far.

VRToxin is discontinued for the time being.Although despite the unresolved internal issues,I'll publish Cyanide M's build tomorrow.Stay tuned for the new ROM!

About Us:
Dirty Unicorns is a project that started out with no name. It was a project that was first based off AOKP back in the early days of Jelly Bean. In the early days it was just a one man show on one device, the EVO 3D. Since then, many others have joined the project and it has grown exponentially.
We have seen a lot of talent contribute to this project of ours. Big or small, the focus was always on contributing to the community. That is ultimately why we do what we do. After Jelly Bean, we decided to move to a new base, OmniROM. While AOKP was fun, OmniROM proved to be even more exciting base because it challenged us to see what we could do with a project that had different goals in mind. We learned a lot and again, gain contributors. With Lollipop, we moved to an AOSP base with a lot of patches from CAF to make our older devices function as they should. We grew even more and learned a whole lot more.
It has been an awesome learning experience and is still not over! We are still learning every day and continue to move forward. Lastly, we DO NOT accept, nor ask, for donations. We don't believe in that. Everything that is necessary to keep this project going is out of our own pocket. Gerrit, Jenkins, Websites, Devices, etc. We will never ask for a dime. All we do ask, is that you have patience, search, read and try to enjoy the process with us!!

Read this before telling everyone something is broken!
1. Android Pay isn't working!! What do I do?
Go into Magisk settings and toggle on the "Hide Magisk" option.
Then try again.
Also, I've found once in a great while, even with this enabled, it will say it failed - if this happens, just try again...it'll work.
2. Waze keeps saying "Looking for network" ?
There is probably a problem in the way Waze handles the access to data when 2 SIM cards are inserted in the device.
You should make sure that : SIM card 1 is the one you receive data with ; SIM card 2 is the one you receive voice calls with.
Swap cards if needed.
If you can't swap cards, disable data on SIM card 1 going to "Settings => Data usage" that should do the trick...
3. I don't receive notifications from an APP / I get delayed notifications from an APP
Most likely, you restored the app causing the problem using Titanium Back-UP. This is a known problem... and is not ROM related.
Just uninstall the app that is causing the problem and re-install it from Google Play.
You should be good to go

As far as I am concerned, I intend to give it support as far as my knowledge allows me to do so
So, first thing will be regular build, according to what changes in source code.
Then, if you find a bug and provide a logcat, I can look at it and submit it to head dev and see if we can fix it...

The rom goes great, the one that incorporates nova launcher seems to me an error would prefer pixel or trebuchet, to emphasize that instagram does not see the notification on screen environment, I will give something more of use and I will comment

As I have been a little away from the mi5s Plus (got a mi Note 2 for a while) I am not sure.
But I think I haven't seen a single ROM for the mi5s Plus that has a fully functional Magisk Hide.
If you know one, can you tell me which one it is, I'll look into their set-up to try to hide it.

I don't like Nova either, but I guess you can add your own launcher.
For me, it is "Smart Launcher" since several years...
So Nova or not, I don't care
OK. If you can have a logcat that shows the instagram error it would be great...
I can't say if it works here. I don't use Instagram

So far I never got that on my device.
I always got a fail on CTS check
I will try to install the magisk safety module and I'll see how it reports here.
And will also ask the devs to see if they can fix it...

works perfectly fine !
had tiny little issues like
- microphone not as loud as stock when it comes to voice notes ( used to be louder in the previous Version )
- YouTube sometimes crashes when moving 10sec forward
- fingerprint on apps doesn't show but works perfectly fine on lock screen
other than that the rom is amazing

Calling - haven't checked yet
Battery backup - looks nice and good, need more time
Charging speed - looks nice and good, need more time, is showing charging rapidly while charging with original mi 10 waat charger
All apps are up to date

1) In next build i will try to change the HALs
2) Changing HALs may fix it too
3) Yeah for this THESE changes are implemented to the device tree. Will let everyone know in the changelog if they worked in next build.

As Android 11 is in early days not all the apps are supporting Chat Bubble notifications. You fill need to turn on Chat Bubbles from app info > Notification for the apps that supports it. (like telegram, Messages app, Facebook Messenger etc.)

Where I work I don't have internet on my phone, so FM Radio would be nice.

Radio app is not prebuilt and i can't find any app on Playstore which supports offline functioning. If you link me with the app that supports offline Radio then i can test it for you.

If you are already on SHRP recovery then just go for clean flash(FORMAT DATA->Yes, wipe data, system, davlik), flash ROM.zip and SHRP zip by oddlyspaced given on the thread, reboot device.
