No need to go back to stock. But you can't flash a new rom on top of another either. You have to wipe /system /data /cache /dalvik cache and /data media(optional because it erases internal storage) and then flash the new rom you want to use.

Hello,
Urgent help required. My note 4 is running Dr. Ketan's rom on Marshmallow. I need to unroot to get a hardware problem fixed, but i've never tried it before. I know I need to use SuperSu but I don't have a boot / recovery image. Can someone please help me. Will be exceedingly grateful.

Jasmine is basically a stock ROM. Follow the directions. Flash 4.0, GAPPS, then 4.3. Ask me how I know.
Otherwise, go back to stone stock via Odin and re-root.
Thank you ... I love this Forum !!!!
