I notice that when taking pictures with flash ON they have a bluish or yellowish tint on low light conditions which doesn't happen with flash off. Any ideas why this happens?
So I was just getting used to the green tint on my screen by applying a dark filter to reduce the green effect to suddenly realise it completly disappeared from my screen totally by itself!! I'm just glad I didn't do a screen change yet!!
Screen Change

Zenfone max pro m1 has a yellow tint on the screen try setting screen colour to cool
I am facing the same issue in my Max Pro M1 6 GB that I received on 11 sep. I have blue color variant. I think it's related to the color of the variant u order.
Everyone is facing that. Probably display is not calibrated.
You can use Kernel Adiutor or any kernel mangager app to calibrate the screen (root required).
Worked for me
Trun off color correction under settings -> accessibility -> display.

Go to Settings, then go to Display, then tap on Advanced, then tap on Screen Color (This option is only available when Night Mode is turned off).
Now there you can adjust screen color. Uncheck the Default option, and adjust the Screen Color according to you. Drag the slider to Left to bring more Orangish Tint to screen. Drag the slider to Right to bring more Bluish Tint. (Drag the slider to Right to remove Yellowish Tint from screen)
anybody who's rooted device & on lineage os, open live display & increase night slide to 6500...?
I think yellowish screen helps a bit in reducing eye strain by reducing the blue light emission. Anyways, if this bothers you, install a custom kernel and change screen color temperature using kernel adiutor ezpz
Hi, the screen of my s8+ suddenly started to look washed out and has a "black crush", I dialed *#0*# so I could do a color test, when I tested the black color, I found out that it wasn't actually black, it was looking like brown,. I've tried the safe mode, I tried the change the brightness, turned off and on the adaptive brightness, I turned off an on the blue light filter, I tried to change the rgb colors, I've tried colors mode etc, but the problem isn't solved yet.
Has anyone noticed there is a gradient in brightness on the main display of the LG g8x or is it just me and my phone
The best way to notice this is to open any gray background and look at it in landscape mode
yes, Many of them have same problem but it affect only in night time, day time can't find the issue.i don't know whether gradient, uniformity issue are same but my phone have uniformity issue (dark gray background with 0% brightness) bright in top, dark patches in bottom.so I change screen colour to sport and warm temperature better than before screen (reduce only small part of dark patches in bottom ).use dual screen in dark room change the screen colour you may see the difference or may not .uniformity issue also in LG latest oled tv.
