I have searched everywhere and perhaps it is just me, but I really cannot find any method to root the S7 Edge with snapdragon.
I really want to have root acces for xposed etc.
Is there any way I have missed? It is for the international snapdragon version.

There is. I just sold my snapdragon edge and got a exynos edge. My point is that there is a root method, but lags the phone a lot. Since it uses a eng.kernel and theres a working xposed. Try searching in the verzion section. Theres more movement there.

I am about to get rid of my Galaxy Note 3 as its just a bit too big for me. I loved my S4, so bought a second hand one and it turns out to be an i9506... I am using SOKP on my Note 3 and really like it - so wanted to use it on my i9506 - but I cant find any information to say whether there is a version available for the i9506.
Can anyone offer any advice - or suggest a nice ROM worth a go on the i9506?

What to do? Root or not? S7 edge sm935f unlocked uk btu. Tell the true is the best phone ever... i had s6 edge , s6 , s5 s4 note4 all of them i used root and flash custom roms. Whit the s7 edge black onyx is verry diff. Its like i whant to keep the phone virgin...

Not a very useful title for a thread. Most everyone needs help or help in having a question answered...
And also your question isn't something to be answered clearly...
You could root your device. If you need it is your decision. Do you see clear benefits in it? Are you aware, that there is no way to do it without tripping knox atm?
Do you have a device with an exynos processor in the first place? If it is a snapdragon you could forget the whole idea of rooting at this point, because there is no way to root it atm.

I read allot of forum posts about rooting the S7 Edge. There are allot of discussions about it and I just don't know what to believe.
I want to root my phone without tripping the counter, is it possible and how?
I have the Exynos version of the S7 Edge.

Seeing as Knox is approved by NSA, I highly doubt that it will be cracked anytime soon
What MODs/ROMs are out there for these models? A lot of the SM-N910C stuff doesn't work for this. I have the SM-N916K model. So far, I can get the TWRP to work and I can install the 7FE 5.6.
