I have been using the CM11 rom from Temasek until I decided to have a go at the Omega Rom. After installing through recovery, my note cannot get out of the Samsung Logo. It just refused to start. Tried installing latest stock rom through odin, same issue. Saw three lines of messages on the top left hand corner and the Samsung logo and that's it. Can only get it working if I revert back to Temasek's rom.
Help anyone...

which versions of omega and stock rom did you flash ? i read you said the newest, just asking to be sure.
if its the newest omega rom, you must flash 4.4.2 stock rom first.
when you upgrade to 4.4.2, you can no more use cm11 and you cant go back to any 4.3 based rom.

I tried the 7.1 Omega Rom and then the 4.4.2 version of the stock rom.
You have to flash the stock 4.4.2 via Odin. Is that what you did?

Yes I did.
Try to boot into recovery after flashing the stock 4.4.2 and factory reset. Maybe that will work.

Flash stock 4.3 with odin, then 4.4.2 stock with odin. Then install recovery, and Omega after.

that shouldnt be possible if you done everything right.
as soon as you are on the new bootloader that you get when you flash 4.4.2, you can definatley not revert to temasek, it wont boot.
i think you are still on the old bootloader and that is why your kitkat based roms dont boot.

Thanks all... Its done. Went back to stock rom 4.3, then the 4.4.2, then followed by the usual rooting process for 4.4.2. Phone's working fine now. Doing update to Omega 7.2 as I am writing now... Thanks again all...

Is this ROM the most smooth for Lg Optimus L7 P700? The ROM is for P705 too, right ? I am on android 4.0.3 where I can download custom recovery for this phone? Should I root it first and then install this ROM? On my Galaxy Ace 2 I don't root it before installing CM.

You have to get root and custom recovery working first, to install this ROM, or any other
Ok, but I don't know from where to download the custom recovery and the root for V20F which is Android 4.1.2 JB. And is this the most smooth ROM, because I am looking for speed and stability.

So, I rooted my phone but I have problem with CWM. When I click flash bootloader it's not restarting. Is it possible the phone to be unlocked by default?
EDIT: I succeeded. Now, could you please tell me which ROM is the most smooth and stable? Thank you!

Stable, hmmm there's no other stable than stock Rom. Other than that I suggest slimbean by Tudor. If you want something newer with some slight bugs, cyanhacker, cm11 by rolandroid or vanir weeklies + skernel.
Just flash and try, and see for yourself which one is good for you.

Hey guys and gals. I have my old g2 that I rarely use anymore, but want to tinker with. My problem is that any LP or MM aosp ROMs won't fully boot. They all just bootloop forever. I've tried different versions of twrp. I've tried just about every bootstack. I've followed flashing instructions to the letter. It's currently running serenity 5.0.2 because stock based seems to take fine, and serenity is relatively debloated. I should add, the laptop fried a few weeks ago, so I'm trying to figure this out via mobile only. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. I'm at a loss here.

you might need to go back to stock using kdz or tot method. start from scratch
Hi guys, I have a query can I flash Cloudy G3 2.2 from Blisspop 6.4 or not? I'm using hybrid bootstack.
BTW, I can't seem to go back to stock KK using KDZ method because there is a problem in driver "LGE Android MTP" tried uninstalling restarting and installing again. Thanks

If you want to use blisspop 6.4, just flash it.
But if you want to flash Cloudy G3 you will need another LG G3 zzzzzz
In case Cloudy G3 2.2 is a typing mistake, you only have to flash the kitkat baseband first (download here --- credited to Cloudyfa) and then flash the rom.
my English is really bad, just reply if u can't understand any steps =="

No, I mean I am currently using BLISSPOP 6.4 and I want to flash Cloudy Kitkat based rom, how can I do that?
Flash kitkat baseband, then clean wipe then flash cloudy rom?
Does Hybrid bootstack work on Cloudy or do I need to flash another bootstack? Thanks

idk if the hybrid bootstack worked with kitkat-based, cuz I have never try it. I'm sure that the hybrid boootstack work well with cloudy lollipop-based.
