We're not using a vulnerability to root, we're using a leaked file signed by Samsung. No vulnerability needed! And there are always some exploits just haven't found them yet. If it was made by man it can be cracked by man its just a matter of will, time and knowledge.

Finally korea nexus s got ota 4.0.4
Im so happppppppppy!!!!

Wow! And I thought the Sprint Nexus S had it bad...I wonder what took them sooooo long. Anyways congrats!!
I do wonder what is different in the 'sojuk' build.
The list of available images for Korean M200 should get updated soon. Might be worth downloading the Gingerbread image in case it disappears in the future.
https://developers.google.com/android/nexus/images#sojuk
Is there any way you can get the filename of the update from the /cache folder before you apply the update? Also, after the update, what are the bootloader and radio versions?
Mine was just over 100mb and was for 'improved performance'.
Things seem a bit nipper, but haven't really noticed any other changes yet.
Sorry if this has already been posted.

Just received an update, still downloading. It does mention color optimization. So possibly the red tint fix.

Same boat here..
Nope you cannot root. You need to be on a December security patch or earlier. The newer firmwares patched the dirtycow exploit. And since you are on the Sprint variant, you have no kdz available to downgrade. Unfortunately you are stuck for the time being.
