Unable to Re-Root/Install Recovery after Lollipop Update on Samsung Galaxy S4(Sprint)

Hi, I updated my SIM unlocked Sprint Galaxy S4 recently to the Lollipop 5.0.1 with Kies L720VPUGOD2 and lost my root.
I initially had CWM installed.
Note: Couldn't find the "Enable OEM" option in developer options.
I have tried the TWRP recovery as well.
Any ideas would be welcomed.
PS. CF-Root has 4.4.2 version as the latest version for Samsung Galaxy S4 (Sprint)

Galaxy Note 3- Update Rooted Kitkat To Lollipop

hey guys I'm using Samsung galaxy note 3 with the 4.4.2 rooted android and i want to update to the lollipop 5 or 5.1 if possible but as i try to update it it using the usual way it says that the device has been modified so it can not be updated

KIES 3 not recognizing device

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 (SM-T337A) 5.1.1 LOLLIPOP but idk why Samsung Kies 3 is not recognizing my device, shouldn't smart switch be supporting those new samsung devices?

Are Note 5, S6, S7 Port ROM's recognized on KIES 3?

Does Kies still recognize your ported ROM as modified?

Yes as its no longer a N9005 .
Not that i would ever use Kies .

I have tried kingroot,kingoroot,framaroot,z4root,towelroot neither have worked I cannot use USB cause I got liquid on my phone and the charging port is dead.
